* Found our truck online and received an almost immediate email and text response to schedule a test drive. We loved how fast and seamless their website and communication system was. * Justin was friendly, answered our questions, followed up over the weekend, and made the buying process easy. * We appreciated that there was no pressure when we chose to finance through our local credit union and purchase our extended warranty elsewhere. * Our pickup appointment was at 3:30, but we waited about 50 minutes before meeting with Jake in finance. Once we met with Jake, he was friendly, informative, and made the paperwork process smooth. * Our biggest disappointment was learning after closing that the truck only came with one key fob. We had asked Justin if there were two when we arrived, and he said he didn't know. Later, we found out the paperwork listed the $200 pre-negotiated discount as being for the missing key fob. That was never explained during negotiations. We had assumed the $200 was simply part of the purchase negotiation we had requested. Our local GM dealer quoted us $500–$600 for a replacement key fob, so this was frustrating. Had we known upfront that only one key was included, we would have tried to negotiate that separately. * By the time we finished, Justin was helping another customer, so we didn't receive a walkthrough of the truck's features before leaving or have a chance to ask any final questions to him. * Overall, we're very happy with the truck. The dealership is beautiful, everyone we worked with was friendly, and we'd gladly shop at Lenz Truck Center again. Better communication about the missing key fob and a more complete vehicle delivery are the reasons for our 4-star review. We left feeling disappointed by how the key fob situation was handled and wished the delivery had ended on a warmer, more complete note.

2020 Audi SQ5 review
This car with Air suspension is like driving a luxury large sedan in the comfort mode. But with more power and better handling with a smaller foot print for parking. Change the driving mode to sport and you have a sports car. Change to allroad or offroad and you you can go on some old country roads at slower speeds. Its like having 3 cars on one.

My wife and I recently purchased a new car from McDonald Mazda in Lakewood. I’ve purchased 7 cars in my lifetime from dealerships, and this was by far the easiest and most satisfying car purchase I’ve ever made. Customer service was EXCELLENT, and even the finance manager (Johnny) was super easy to work with and not pushy at all. I was so surprised at how open and transparent everyone was with buying a car. AND it didn’t take countless hours to make the purchase. Yaay!! Our salesperson was named Santiago, and he was extremely helpful in answering our questions, and showing us all the details about the car we ended up buying. I was expecting some type of dealer fine print to pull the rug from under us, or some excuse about why the price was going to be higher, but everything was clear and accurate (I like to research cars before I even go to a dealership to look at them). We got way more than I expected for our trade-in, we were able to take advantage of Mazda’s financing deal AND special discounts, and Santiago even took our photo with the new car once we were done (and put it in a frame for us). Seriously?! I’ve NEVER had a dealer/salesperson come anywhere close to this level of customer service. 10-stars for McDonald Mazda, Santiago, and Johnny. You know they made a lasting impression because we still remember their names a month after buying our car! :-)

2023 Audi SQ5 review
I'm a dedicated Audi driver, so I may be bias but this is my favorite car ever! The technology difference between my Audi 2020 SQ5 and this one is huge. Touch screen navigation is a game changer. So many things - I cannot recommend this car any higher!

Just how could the experience from start to finish ever be greater? Well, simply and absolutely no where!! With every marketing ad expounding the 'perfect car', inundated with choices new, certified, and used; we added all that dynamic to current and previous rides along with anticipated perceived needs and future use. Notice some things missing? Reality and a true lack of basics. Simply put, too many choices out there, $$'s all over the place, and every offering vying for attention. Most on the road the last 4-5 years look way too familiar amongst themselves and all seemed to focus on being everything for everybody. We were getting nowhere, and being highly satisfied before working with Doug and Abby outline our three requirements with no preference as to how they might be approached. They were: LED Headlamps, power passenger seat, and a bench second row seats. Meeting them both a week ago Friday and outlining our specific interests, we were shown 6 vehicles representing 5 manufacturers, all meeting our criteria. A comprehensive knowledge, thorough orientation of each, and a comparison amongst them all along with a test drive eliminated the confusion, frustration, and uncertainty we had. Let's be honest, suffering in the noise and confusion of finally getting where we should have been earlier and firstly. A great and fair trade-in, extraordinarily reasonable below listing price, and absolutely everything completed by them to register, title, and coordinate insurance transfer. A handshake, check, and a couple fobs led to a complete familiarization, phone "pairing", and operational details. There's a place that takes, "Who you gonna call?" to where should you REALLY GO!! I was a new grad and bought my first car (Toyota Corolla) from here.. The guys actually listened to my wants vs. needs and helped me find the most reliable option since I had a 2-hour daily commute to work. It has ran great for 3+ years and all i did was regular maintanence updates on it.. If you're having problems with a car (from here or anywhere...), there's a good chance it's more about how it's being taken care of than the car itself.. I made sure to do my research, speak with third-party mechanics about it before buying, and stayed true to upkeep with monthly checks. It goes a long way so you don't miss anything 6 months down the line that it was warning you about before. I recently sold it to upgrade to a larger car, but I'll always appreciate the guidance I got when making such an important first purchase. If you're looking for a dealership, that won't purposely sell you a horrible car, this is the place i felt most comfortable with after speaking with 10+ dealers.

2023 Audi SQ5 review
'22 SQ5. Great handling, even at its limits. Factory all season tires suck in the snow and ice. Super sensitive to road variations - not exactly like bump steer - more like a caster thing, although it's within spec. Same exact MMI issue as this review "Great car Mechanically, Software is Terrible November 17, 2023. Other complaint is the auto-braking feature. Very unsettling at speed. Ridiculous that you can't turn it off (resets every time you start the car). By JCS1015 from Edwards, CO"

2020 Audi SQ5 review
Great! Handy and nimble at the same time. Lots of features, bang and olafson sound system is really nice. Lots of power for the price, well executed interior, except there is very limited driver storage area, (for sunglasses, pens, parking meter change etc.) What little storage there is, allows things to roam all over the place ( especially during spirited driving😉). There is one tiny secret compartment, which I never would have known about had I not watched a review video on YouTube, on the dash to the left of the steeing column. But you can't see inside it unless you are a contortionist and it takes some dexterity to use it while moving, just have to feel around in there in the dark for a while and hope none of the other stuff you have in there falls on the floor, which happpens about 65% of the time. But aside from that and all the lane departure/ hazard gadgets going off all.the time. It's quite a capable machine, looks good too.

I just picked up my new car at CarMax of Hartford and, I have to say, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had found a Ford Explorer that I wanted to see on their lot. I put a hold on the vehicle on their website, very early in the morning. By 9am the same morning, I was contacted by Rocco Toce, the most awesome sales person around. I have bought many vehicles through the years and he is the top of the list! We went to look at the truck and he had it clean and ready for us to test drive. We loved the truck but it just didn’t have all the options that we were looking for. I found the exact Explorer we wanted in New York and Rocco jumped right in to help us transfer the vehicle to Hartford. I have to admit, it IS a leap of faith to pay the transfer fee upfront before even seeing the vehicle in person. Rocco jumped in and took over. He spoke to the other CarMax and had them check every part of the vehicle out. I felt very comfortable after he called and told me the truck sounds good. My Explorer made it to Hartford very quickly and Rocco immediately checked it out and let us know it was perfect! I went to see it yesterday. It was beautiful and in the best shape. Rocco took us through the entire car and never rushed us through anything. He sent our Explorer to detailing while my 2009 Silverado was appraised. I received a fair price for my trade and the deal was smooth and handled professionally by the staff. I’m pretty sure I have not had a better car buying experience. Rocco and the team at Hartford CarMax could not have done more to make our experience the best. I did a ton of research about CarMax like I’m sure everyone does. I drove over an hour to work with them and I am so glad I did. We walked out of there with a great, shiny Ford Explorer and the greatest car buying experience!

2020 Audi SQ5 review

I had a excellent experience with this nice dealership at Audi Novi in MI State. I wanted to visit them in person but i own a restaurant and i just simple don't have the time to go there. My salesman was very nice and professional. He kept me on updates on the whole deal of what's going on with the paper work and the time and date of shipping the 2016 silver Mercedes Benz C450 AMG 4door sedan car. It's just what i been looking for. It had to be this make and model series car. This model came out with collision prevention assist plus, eye's heads up display, intelligent drive, front collision prevention and distronic plus steering assist. I am happy with the price of the car as well. I was very happy when it arrived in my front drive way. The driver was kind enough to drive it in my back yard. I drove it around in my local town and highway, the car runs and drives excellent, i wish y'all could see the look and smile on my face. I will be buying from them again soon. I will keep checking on there web site off and on looking. I have other auto's on my list i want to buy from them soon. I been collecting car's since i was 18 years old. I'm 57 now. 2023 Audi SQ5 review
I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.
