I own a 2019 2nd Allroad I've owned. I have a preium plus summer & winter package. I have the lower thigh support. Great on fuel but it runs on preium gas. Handling is great, and the ride makes you want to keep driving it. I never had issues with my 2014 and after a year & half nearing 35K miles I have only changed oil rotated the tires. Audi dealerships treat you Right. Not impressed with BMW, my wife's car spends it's life at the dealership! Quatro over X-drive no comparison! U will enjoy UR Audi experience.

I have not decided what kind of car I wish to buy. The Audis looked nice. I have heard good things about the company. I don't know if anyone I know has an Audi.

Had my final complimentary service call on my ES350. My service manager, Tammie, did a great job organizing this and was able to shorten my wait time by 30 minutes. I always enjoy dealing with Schaumburg Lexus.

Fantastic car I love the styling inside and outside. I have had Audi‘s in the past, so I know they are fantastic cars. This one does not disappoint.

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.

I took my Aston Martin rapide to the dealership to check my battery health after I was traveling. They were kind enough to get me in even though they were very busy. I felt bad asking but I had a long road trip the next day. They provided quick service and filled the tires up, as well as coolant. I am very satisfied with this dealership and will continue service here / as well as look to buy a car from here in the future.

I have owned a number of Audi cars and this is by far the best I have driven. It is very quiet and smooth and the acceleration is the best aspect of the car. I purchased it used with low mileage and it is a great value. This car will be memorable.

Perfect blend of power and luxury. With the flip of a switch (aka shift from drive to Sport Dynamic) you go from Jekyll to Hyde. Doing so also opens the exhaust baffles for the audio to match the change over. The RSQ8 is $30,000 more for only 90 HP more and having driven it the SQ8 is the best for the money hands down. The car produces a truly luxurious ride in standard drive /Comfort mode. when shifted into The sport dynamic mode it becomes a beast that pulls until you back off the throttle. Basically the best of both worlds. Even when compared to the Porsche Cayenne, in my own experience, this car is way ahead.

I've always been a fan of the Audi A8L and finally found the opportunity to own one. The good news, you can find pre-owned A8's affordably...the bad news for new car buyers, they don't hold there value quite well, but that's good for someone wanting to drive a $100,000 car that 4-5 years old, still looks and performs great for a fraction of the cost. The A8L has the room of a limo in the rear, even with the front seats pushed all the way back. The car feels luxurious inside and out...the materials are top-notch and what I love about Audi is they're not a BMW...even though I love BMW's...it's nice to drive something a little less common. Performance is unbelievable...the 4.0 twin turbo V-8 has tons of torque and pulls hard...you wouldn't think a car this large and this heavy would perform this well. It's an easy car to modify with a performance chip and suddenly there aren't many cars around that will outperform it...and it's a family size sedan! Although it's a large car, it still handles well, not like a sports car, but you won't be sloppy. The ride is luxurious and smooth...it eats up bumps, the air ride is great. Word is that repairing the air suspension is not cheap, but it might just be worth the risk. I love the ride!! Everything is within easy reach, the multi media system is easy to navigate without taking your eyes off the road once you're used to it, which is easy. Heads-up display is easy to see and read. A/C and other accessories are easy to use. The suspension can be adapted to your preference with presets and a custom setting you can do yourself. Interior lighting at night is unbelievable...it's customizable and really sets a cool mood. Stereo sounds amazing with the Bose package, but if you're lucky to get your hands on the B&O you're in for a real treat...it's a $6300 option by itself (which is crazy) I own a A4 Cabriolet, Q5 and I'm happy with all of our Audis. Audi has been tremendous to work with and as a company, they appreciate the owners of their cars, even if you purchased them pre-owned. It's a great company and I'm impressed...not easy to do for me. Thanks Audi for creating this wonderful automobile that has blown my socks off!

great dealership with great cars left with a with a 750i bmw, super happy with the car, run and drives 0 issues, everything as expected, we scratches, but it is a 10 year old car, would definetally recommend talking to Gytis, hes the man!

I have owned my Audi R8 since 2013 and its the best car I have ever owned. I also own a 2016 Corvette but the R8 is in a class of its own. This is not a dragster, but it is a very fast and reliable car. I could drive this Audi everyday it is that reliable. Mine is the 4.2 liter with 430 HP, and its plenty for the size and weight of the car. This car handles extremely well. The interior is perfect, has a 6 Disc CD player as well as port for my I-Pod. The car gets plenty of people looking and taking pictures. Maintenance is not bad and the insurance cost is less that my Vette. Too bad Audi will be making any more R8's after this year so if you want one you better buy one now.

Came out yesterday evening; July 27, 2023 Met with Armen; a knowledgeable young salesman eager to assist me. We discussed ( at length ) my needs and budget…… He found the PERFCT CAR for me ( sunroof and all ! )and we test drove it together. Armen even went so far as to arrange a way that my monthly payments would work well within my budget!! At the last minute…… I abruptly decided to wait awhile on purchasing…… so as to come back soon…… ready to hopefully Buy a 2024 PLATINUM VERSION OF THE ALTIMA 2.5 AWD…..after all….. we only live ONCE!! Armen was understanding about my delay and was actually excited about the upgrade idea!!…….. So good to know theirs patient salespeople STILL AROUND!!…. lol Thanks again ARMEN…….. Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

Had a car in your body shop since August of 2021. Couldn't get parts so asked if you would like to buy the car. You did and I wound up making a deal with Juana to buy a new GMC Terrain which I love.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

I absolutely love this car! It has all the bells and whistles of a luxury sports car. The front seat massagers are the best! It is such a smart car and does everything for you. It has the most smooth ride and practically sound proof inside. The sound system is one of the best I've ever had. The different suspensions are the best for snow, 4x4, sport so you can customize your ride. Highly recommend!!

Cars are well-priced, and so you don't feel like you have to go through exhausting negotiations to make sure you're getting a good value. Both salespeople I worked with (Moe and Henry) were very helpful in getting me the information I needed to make a decision, and they both were readily available to assist me throughout the steps of the transaction. I bought from out of state, and so I really appreciated the responsiveness. All the paperwork was delivered in the timeframe they promised me. Overall, it was a smooth transaction and I'm very pleased with the car I purchased from them.

A scientific marvel! At first it seemed so much larger and technologically intimidating than my previous gen S8 I felt dwarfed. However after a few days becoming acclimated we bonded. Whether driving, or being driven in one of the safest, most comfortable automobiles on the road you are completely insulated. I've owned/own numerous exotics and performance sedans. This car is a bargain.

I’ve purchased a Q5 and etron sportback prestige from this dealership. The Q5 has been troublefree. The etron has had issues. The service department (my rep is Elena) was /is responsive to the problems. They have kept me informed thruout the times it’s been in there for repairs/updates. Unfortunately I’m not as happy with the etron as I am with service sept of Audi Westmont

This car has met my needs, comfortable, reliable, seems economic, nice exterior and interior design, easy to operate, my kids enjoy it. It’s overall very recommended.

Couldn't expect much more but they just keep providing the best and most genuine customer service. Joe Silverman was our sales rep/brand specialist and he was not your typical car sales guy. He listened patiently to our needs, greeted us with courtesy, answered our questions well and didn't pretend to know all the answers. He was truly focused on providing an excellent and well-informed car buying experience. He was a great brand ambassador for this dealership and Audi products! We bought the car that we were looking at and are very pleased. The used car was spic and span and was meticulously cleaned and detailed. The General Manager Dan Loose even took the time to talk with us to address our financial questions and made fitting recommendations. The finance head Tiffany Mervis was very pleasant, passionate about good work, and was sufficiently attentive to our questions. The head of tech Dan Sperro was very articulate and clear with coaching us through the car specs and features. Thus dealership is a prime example of what car buying experience should be. I recommend it to anyone who wants a pleasant purchasing process and you are sure to get genuine customer care from a staff that cares about doing good work and selling good quality vehicles.

The quiet inside is amazing. The ride is the smoothest of anything I have driven [after 1 LS 430 and 2 LS 460’s. The sound system is amazing, the best I have experienced. The Lane Keep Assist on cruise control keeps it dead center with very little back & forth. The interior is beyond beautiful with rich wood accents, butter soft leather and everything exactly where it should be.
