We found a car that we wanted to see online through Autotrader.com. We contacted the office and scheduled a time to come and see the car. When we got there we were greeted by a very pleasant receptionist that ended up playing with my 5 year old daughter and keeping her entertained while we completed all of the paperwork. Bobby Shah was our Sales Representative. He was speedy at getting the car to the lot for us to test drive. The car was amazing, and Bobby was super friendly and very easy to deal with. I was very happy with the dealership and the sales man. I was buying a 5k car from a very high end dealership. They treated me like I was buying a 50k car. Only negative because they are a busy dealership there were people waiting to be assisted, they do not have s seating area and a receptionist there to greet you and keep you updated in the wait time would have been great

Audi stayed true to its design and esthetics when it come to an electric vehicle. The car is very comfortable and totally feels like an Audi when driving. I especially like the interior and how unlike other ev there is not a giant tablet in the center of the car. I purchased the vehicle with all available options and have not regretted. The cabin is very quiet and isolates the road noise. The BO audio system is crystal clear. I typically drive locally so the range is sufficient for my weekly commute. Charging with level 2 at home is very easy and utilizing a fast charger out and about is typically 20mins. The car has plenty of power when you need it and all the smart functions such as lane assist and collision detection are very helpful. I would recommend the etron to anyone looking for an ev with luxury comfort and performance.

A scientific marvel! At first it seemed so much larger and technologically intimidating than my previous gen S8 I felt dwarfed. However after a few days becoming acclimated we bonded. Whether driving, or being driven in one of the safest, most comfortable automobiles on the road you are completely insulated. I've owned/own numerous exotics and performance sedans. This car is a bargain.

I just traded my Q5 in for a Q8 and it was a great experience. I contacted Jamie again (he sold me the Q5 last year) and the process was very easy. We felt no pressure to close the deal, but the since the trade-in value and cost of the new car seemed fair, we decided to go for it. I've been very happy with the car, Audi Natick and Jamie since buying the Q5 and now with the upgrade to the Q8. I would definitely go back if we decide to get another Audi.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.
