When I arrived, the service person was with a customer but immediately acknowledged me and let me know he would be with me shortly. Soon after, I had the Service Manager, Pete, help me out. Pete is professional, friendly and truly wants to help customers. He went the extra mile to ensure MB would cover any issues under warranty. I really appreciated that and the fact that they completed my regular maintenance quickly. Every staff member I interacted with was very responsive and friendly, from the sales people, admins and even the tech that drove my vehicle. Management: you make some quality hires so keep it up. 2019 Audi Q5 review
The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

2023 Audi Q5 review
This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

2018 Audi Q5 review
Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

2017 Audi Q7 review
This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

I went in knowing my current vehicle was on it's last leg. I knew what type of vehicle I wanted to look at and my price range. I pulled up and was immediately greeted by Nick Pfeffer. He offered me something to drink and started asking me questions to gauge what I was looking for. After I told him I was looking for a reliable SUV with good mileage and good fuel economy he asked what I would like my monthly payment to be around. After this he got a few vehicles for me to look at and we went for a few test drives. The entire time Nick was super knowledgeable about the cars we were driving. Features, safety, and etc. Once I made my decision from the three he worked with finance and helped me get signed up for car insurance. When finance was done I met with Tony, one of the finance managers, to wrap up the purchase. It was quick and easy! Numbers fit what I wanted, length of agreement was what I wanted. I never felt pressured the whole time I was there and they listened to what I wanted as a customer. Both told stories from their life during 'dead time' and asked me asked me questions about what I would use vehicle for and who would ride in it. I haven't bought a new car in 8 years so this experience was so great for my first time back. Once finance was done we got the temp plate and they took the car to detail for one more quick clean and got the plate taped up and helped me set up all the technology portions of my new car before I left. I have never had a better experience in sales than I did today. Nick and Tony really made the experience fulfilling. If I need to ever get another car I will be back here for my first option. 2022 Audi Q5 review
Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

2022 Audi Q5 review
The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

2023 Audi SQ5 review
I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. 2016 Audi A6 review
Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!
