I'm still giving 4 stars because the sales and finance guys did a good job. The buying process seemed to go smoothly but after we wrapped things up the salesman decided to have the car "wiped down". Unfortunately, in addition to wiping it down, someone decided that it would be a good idea to introduce a powerful chemical deodorant on the seatbelt and other places in the car. Normal car odors don't need to be covered up. They can be easily removed. The chemical deodorant is a much bigger problem. Despite multiple deep cleanings and ozone treatments, the powerful deodorant smell has not yet been eliminated.

We absolutely love this car. So far there is nothing we don’t like. Beautiful interior and extremely comfortable. A fun car to drive. It has all the options we were looking for in a new vehicle.

I purchased a 2013 Mercedes ML550. My salesperson was Joseph Pope. Joe did a fantastic job for me! It was an out-of-state purchase, so he had to do some extra work for me such as setting up shipping. That went fairly smooth, also. Overall the vehicle was in excellent shape when I received it. My only complaint was that their inspector missed that the driver's side upper control arm bushings were torn and making a loud noise while driving. Other than that, my experience was very good and I would recommend this dealership.

This is the 3rd Audi I've purchased from Audi Central Houston and this experience was by far the best. There's a reason Yuri Poshumensky is the top Audi salesperson in the country. I wasn't easy to deal with as I couldn't decide whether to lease or purchase the 2024 Silver Audi S7 shown below. I opted to lease it and then a few days later decided to purchase it and Yuri made this process seamless. Yuri also worked with the USAA reps to get the car unleased from Audi Financial and purchase financed with USAA. And best of all, Yuri arranged for me to keep my A7 trade in after the deal was done and then got me a loaner while I was having my car ceramic coated/PPF/wheels painted black...He also set it up where I could retain my previous Tx plates. His team of Oscar Maradiaga and Jonathan Harris are what really made this buying process special. This is my third Audi 7 series, but I had never bothered to get assistance learning how to setup the MMI and such properly. Oscar and Jonny have happily assisted me on repeated trips back (and I'm sure I'll be bugging them again soon). I can't tell you how much I enjoyed working with them. They were by far the best sales support team I've encountered in all my vehicle purchases over the last 30 years.

Pros: gas mileage, features, style, Quattro is amazing, infotainment. Cons: A little pricey, already left me stranded at 2200 miles lol. Car wouldn’t start but after 5 minutes it did, along with a check engine light. The service department updated software modules and it’s been fine since. Overall: I still love the car. Despite one hiccup the car gets outstanding gas mileage on regular fuel, but pushing $50k is a little too much.

I need an appraisal on a car .. Their appraisal is widely used and accepted.. I know I was made a fair offer ... Their offer put me in a good position for my trade in vehicle .. I have used them many times in the past and will do so again In The future

Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. Unfortunately, I got rear ended in this vehicle, but was saved by how well my car protected me. Loved my car, and I am set out to buy another A3.

My salesman Brad Biondo was FANTASTIC!!! Brad went above and beyond the call of duty to get me my car in time for my vacation. In addition I had “tire pressure warnings” and Brad sent me a video which helped me to resolve the problem. The dealership was clean and the associates friendly. I love the all wheel drive. Cameras are a plus. Heated and cooling seats are wonderful. I’m hooked. That’s the only car I will ever buy.

The salesman was helpful and patient. We were able to test drive three vehicle. We have not made a decision yet on what car we will purchase.

This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

This was the best and smoothest purchase/ trade in automotive purchase that family has ever had. From the beginning Amir was a very helpful and knowledgeable “partner “ in this transaction. He wasn’t your typical salesman he actually cared and worked with my family. We live all the way in El Paso and we made this purchase, submitted the required paperwork and insurance paperwork and him and his team ready with the paper license and tags on the vehicle…ready to roll!!! This is our new car guy and whenever we make another purchase we will definitely be reaching out to Houston Auto Credit first because they have a wide variety of vehicles and they are of great condition and quality and we would not be going anywhere else for the great service!!

The car is a driving dream. Just two interior negatives for me: a very small trunk for even two medium suitcases and a cup holder design that sucks - under front dash so a tall glass/mug won’t fit. Even if it did, it’s blocking the. heating/air control. Please improve those by 2022 when I lease the next!

Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle

Has a great balance of doing all categories well. Quick car with a quick ECU tune. Perfect reliability with zero issues so far at 60,000 miles.

My daughter bought a 2015 Kia Soul today from Jeff Wiemann at Carmax Cy Fair. 15 minutes into our visit she realized Jeff had been her salesman back in 2013 when she purchased her 'first' car! He's a great salesman- I have always given 5 star reviews to carmax- but Jeff deserves a huge 5 star review too!

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

I highly recommend Audi West Houston and the sales specialist that I used, Saad Saad. Saad ?listened? to my requirements and suggested four SUVs for me to drive. The first one that he showed me is the one that I purchased. Saad knew exactly what I wanted. Saad was a teacher at one time and you can tell because he patiently showed me all of the features in each car. Then, after I purchased my car, he again reviewed with me how every button worked and explained what every light means. I?ve always has a Lexus, which is nice, but lacking in the latest technology. I love the car that I purchased and especially all the technology.

The car meets my needs for the next few years. I’m happy with the handling and the gas mileage so far. I’m satisfied with all the features and the car is comfortable and easy to drive.

Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!
