Perillo BMWReviews
Perillo BMW review
Another great experience at Joe Perillo BMW with Michael Fezatte. He made the whole process very simple and turned around our new car search from first contact to leaving showroom with the chosen vehicle (complete with custom spec) in less than 7 days. He understood what we were looking for and delivered a no nonsense, enjoyable buying experience. We will be back again.

Warm friendly greeting upon arrival. Adam was the advisor my visit was for a Honda re-call rear sub frame. Enjoy having the tech send a video of the underneath of the vehicle & the recommended repairs. It’s too bad the vehicle history doesn’t follow should you change dealerships. That said I was happy with the visit & plan on returning to complete the recommended service

Fitzgerald Chevrolet FrederickReviews
Fitzgerald Chevrolet Frederick review
I can’t say enough good things about Moose (can’t remember his actual name) and Xavier. We came in literally just looking and even with that in mind they both gave us the royalty treatment. They tag teamed as Xavier was our salesperson and Moose was the manage. Took the time to show us everything the truck had to offer, let us take her for a ride, and got back with absolutely no pressure. We loved the truck but knew we were not ready to buy. Moose, again with no pressure, ran some numbers without a credit check and even told us about a couple of trucks coming off the assembly line in case we were ready at that time, again no pressure. I would have left out of there with a truck but husband has to bring me back to reality. We literally went to other dealers looking at other trucks but both of us agreed not only the truck but the amazing service would bring us back to Fitzgerald’s when we are ready.

We have sold two cars here and have had excellent experience both times. They have consistently given us the best offer for our vehicles and did not push us to buy from them. This last time we worked with Rico and he was great! We had to work to get the title from the lien holder and he helped us every step of the way. Would highly recommend as a place to go!

Christian was very helpful and knowledgeable about the new armada that I purchased. I would recommend him to a friend that is looking for a new Nissan.

CarMax Frederick review
Brian Chanin did a great job working with me on my purchase. He was upfront with me on the whole process, because my budget was a big concern. We knew the car we wanted, but we were tight on funds. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. He just explained where we were during the discussion and make sure both my wife and I understood. Once the deal was in place, he checked in on us with the finance department, and even helped migrate the items from our trade in to our new car. Great experience.

Audi Novi review
Their technician, Charles T., is excellent, he's sharp. He brought back my 2007 Audi A4 from a wreck due to previous bad mechanics. Now my car is dreamy, absolutely dreamy. So grateful for his skill and expertise on an old Audi like mine. I believe I will have a few more years with my Audi, so thankful and happy to get my car back to good health. They went beyond for me.

Genesis of Portland review
Visited the dealership for a warranty repair that was a two-visit process, due to parts availability. Visit one went quickly and efficiently. Visit two, which also included a scheduled maintenance for my GV60, took less time than estimated. All good at the dealership!
