With covid and with a 7 month old, we really didn’t want to spend hours and hours at the dealer. I have been getting my vehicle serviced here for 20 years. I no longer live in the D.M.V area but when I visit and need my vehicle serviced Passport Nissan is where I am taking my vehicle. A very special thank you to Richard Stenzel ( hope I spelled his last name correctly). He has been filling out my service request off an on for at least 12 of the 20 years. It's really like visiting an old friend. When Richard is busy and I can't wait or he is not working I still get great service from whomever I am blessed to work with.

I walked into the dealer knowing what I was looking for. At the sales counter I was met by IJ and Jessika Floyd. They greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel like I was their most important customer ever to visit the dealership. I purchased a 2019 BMW 430I from Elite Auto Brokers in April and I absolutely love it. My sales rep (Fred) made the car buying experience super smooth. I went back yesterday to get my door checked out. I spoke to Bob and Liat on the phone before I made the long drive. They quickly confirmed a perfect time for me to bring the car in. I was kindly greeted by Bob the moment I pulled up, parked and hopped out my car. Jared took it from there. Jared and the techs had my car out the garage and me on my way in less than 35 mins!
