Found car I wanted (used 2019 BMW M240i Convertible in desired exterior/interior color) at this dealer about 1.5 miles from where I live. The sales person was very responsive by phone and helped me arrange the purchase in advance of visiting the dealership about a week later. Purchase went smoothly I am very pleased with my purchase. Higher dealer doc fee was only negative about purchase, but this is common at pretty much all dealers now adays so can't fault them too much.
