We drove approximately 200 miles to Rio Vista Chevrolet to purchase our 3500 dually high country because of an amazing, informative and comfortable conversation with her. My experience was surprisingly really good. Matthew Coleman my sales representative was attentive, personable, patient, friendly and a pretty good multitasker. Speaking with and negotiating with David the finance guy was stressful but (those situations usually are) he did his best to explain and settle any concerns. I’m very pleased with the vehicle I finally chose and I got it at a price pretty good price.

My only complaint from an otherwise decent experience is the trade in part of the equation. Given the vast amount of information available on the internet the idea of the dealership trying to super low ball me on my car turns the negotiation into an adversarial affair. It starts the process by them attempting to screw me. Why do that. On the up side the staff was very friendly and my sales guy, Jim Guenther was very good.
