BMW of Rockville review
I had an excellent experience with BMW of Rockville, especially with my service advisor, Ali Souley. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the entire process. Ali took care of both me and my vehicle?s service needs in every possible way. He made sure everything was handled properly and kept me informed along the way. His customer service and professionalism really stood out. I?m never disappointed when I bring my vehicle to BMW of Rockville for service, and having someone like Ali taking care of my car makes the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Very pleased with Juan Guerrero’s service, we had issues adding the car to our insurance but he was amazingly patient with all of that. I will definitely recommend anyone to go and see him! However I can not say the same about the finance person, he was making rude comments about my job and not very pleasant.

Overall great experience. This dealership leaves the other ones in the dust. Thanks to Rick, Alan, Zen and the lady in the tag department. They made my buying experience seamless and quick. They did not waste my time. They did what they said that they were going to do. I puta deposit down on the car and I had the car the next day.

Hendrick Kia of Concord review
Over all our service experiences have been good. This last time was not the best but could have been worse. The part needed was on back order. Once it came in the vehicle was serviced and part replaced and installed in one day. After we got home I realized the EV menu was not visible on the screen. (Which you need to precondition the battery, and set charge limits in the EV. ETC...) I called and was told to bring it back next day. We took it Wednesday night, ultimately didn't get car back till Monday at 5. The problem was the part needed to be programmed for the EV platform vs Gas. Seemed like it took a little long to just reprogram. But overall it's fixed and good to go.

Low pressure but a bit too busy to spend any time with us to answer any question. Could never find a sales person. Pretty sure they could have sold us a car that day if they invested any energy into it. A lot like buying furniture at IKEA. You just better hope you don’t have questions.

Nalley BMW of DecaturReviews
Nalley BMW of Decatur review
My wife and I visited Nalley BMW to look at a 2024 540I on 9/4/26. We were greeted by client advisor Mr. Marcus Mullins. He took his time and went over all the features of the vehicle including the driving features when I took the vehicle on a test drive. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and is very knowledgeable of all of the features which made me comfortable in purchasing the vehicle. I would highly recommend that you contact Mr. Mullins if you are looking to purchase a BMW. He is very professional, courteous and a joy to work with. It was also a pleasure to work with Mr. Lonnie Andry who is their finance manager. He made the financing process easy and seamless as well as providing information on the different extended warranties that BMW offers. I?m glad that I made the decision to purchase my vehicle from Nalley BMW.

I had a great experience working with Brian at Hendrick MINI! He was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and stress-free, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to make sure they have a great experience. I would definitely recommend Brian to anyone looking for a vehicle at Hendrick MINI!
