Great sales experience from MO and the entire Land Rover of Alexandria staff. Mo showed my wife and I approximately 3 vehicles total and we switched one after signing the paperwork the next day for a different color. Not even a compliant. I highly recommend this dealership. Look at their leasing option if you are like me and like to change vehicles every three years its the best bet. I always tell me wife that we are only renting the vehicle.

I have owned this vehicle for over a year now. I have 13000 miles on it with no problems at all. For me, this car is the perfect balance of comfort, practicality, performance, and style. It has a comfortable and supple ride when you want to take a leisurely cruise. But switch it to "sport" mode and you can toss it around corners and race down the street if you want. At 100 MPH on the highway it feels like my wife's toyota at 50 MPH but quieter. It is built for autobahn speeds so it loves travelling at high speeds. It is rather quiet at those speeds and very stable. Sometimes when I am in the left lane on the highway I look down at the speedometer and am surprised at how fast I am going without feeling like going that fast. The electronics and infotainment in this car is the best I have ever had in any of my previous cars. The voice recognition software in this car is awesome. You press the TALK button and say "Take me to 6743 Oakbluff Rd, Ossining NY" and it never fails to recognize what you are saying. The Navigation system recognizes your command and maps out the route for you without touching any buttons. The radio and music buttons are extremely well designed and intuitive. There is so much better human-machine engineering in this car than any Japanese cars I have ever owned. I love the sport seats as they are power adjustable 8 different ways and they hug your sides which is really good in spirited driving. The winter package comes with heated steering wheel. The entire steering wheel heats up toasty and it is such a blessing on cold winder days when you get into your car. In less than 30 seconds your seats and the steering wheen heat up beautifully. The AWD system is fantastic in NE snowy days. I don't think I will ever own another brand of car after owning this BMW.
Their process is much more streamlined and expedient compared to a regular dealership. If you want to be done in less than 90 minutes and get a good quality car, go to Vins. Their staff is great, very helpful and does not pressure you to buy

I recently purchased this vehicle (330Ci), with 102,000 miles on it. It was bought from a dealer, and it appears to be in great shape. The car history indicates that this car was primarily a lease vehicle, me being the first individual-owner. It will spend a lot of time in my garage, but looking forward to using the convertible top this summer.
I bought this car as a "project-car", and I'm looking forward to many years of great driving experiences...

I test drove an Infiniti, Audi and BMW. The BMW definitely seemed to be "the most car for the money." I am mostly impressed with how spectacular this car rides. It performs so well. It is smooth, has incredible spunk and simply hugs the road. Love this car!
True professionalism and great accessibility. I was treated with class and all salesmen were knowledgeable of their vehicles and the competition. I have bought several vehicles in the past but BMW of Sterling goes way beyond the limits.

I recently bought a Mini Hatch from Certified select motors and have to say the service was excellent. The organisation for such a busy place was first rate and all the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.
Took our X5 in for service and had the pleasure of meeting Beaver Ho, could not be happier and more pleased with the customer service he provided my wife and I. Staff were very helpful and took the time out to make sure all my questions were answered and in also in weighing up my options.
I enjoy coming to see my buddy Beaver Ho! He is honest and straightforward when it comes to me and my car. I drive an X5 50i. I have had numerous issues that another dealer seemed to push aside fixing and the first time I brought my car to Beaver the issue was fixed. The car is small but not too small, enough room once you downsize vehicle from a large suv. The ride is comfortable and smooth sailing.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Wagon’s...the most underrated BMW’s

The 3 series Xdrive wagon is one of the most underrated BMW’s in my opinion. One doesnt see enough of these on the roads. Drives well, ample space, much cheaper than the X3 (if you spec it right). Agreed that it has just a tad bit smaller cargo space than the X3. These stay on the lot longer (i.e can get a good deal from the dealerships). Happy driving.

We recently purchased a 2019 X-3 m40i from Passport. Our Sales Representative was Max Manes, who worked as a BMW Genius before that, educating new owners on the various technology systems built into their BMWs. Max helped us order exactly the X-3 we wanted directly from the factory in Spartanburg. The car was delivered almost exactly one month after placing the order, which was probably an extraordinarily short production and delivery timeframe. When the car arrived, Max explained most of the vehicle’s various systems, with a follow-up to be scheduled with a BMW Genius to provide more in-depth tutoring. Our experience purchasing the X-3 through Passport and having Max as our Sales Representative was very positive, and we enjoyed working with him to get exactly what we wanted. This is our seventh BMW from Passport, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the way it worked out.
