Very good overall; service rep (David Goldberg) was careful to explain repairs. Repairs were completed in a reasonable time and I was kept informed of status.

Love this Bimmer. I wanted sporty luxury I could drive all season in Chicago, and the AWD coupe hits the sweet spot. I was originally worried about the smaller turbo 4 engine, but it’s supper peppy and gives a nice balance with gas efficiency. The exterior styling is fantastic. Sure the 2018 model has the same basic interior features for a few years, but they are an absolute pleasure to use. The heads-up display with integrated turn-by-turn nav is very cool. Everything just works great and feels right. Only thing I’m still working on is seat comfort/positioning, and getting used to all the iDrive screen features. Great remote app integration. Great integration with Apple CarPlay. Loving my first BMW!
I went in to look at a car that was at this Alexandria location. Right from the beginning Habib Mehdi gave me a warm welcome and took great care of me. Habib was very knowledgeable about his cars and helped me feel very comfortable with the car. After assuring i was ready to move forward he handed me over to Hash Abbasi, Also another team member of this Alexandria location. Both these guys really took the time to make sure I was ready to go. I will always recommend this location to my friends and family. Awesome job guys, thanks for your help as always!

This car is wonderful, and I recommend it to all drivers. Bmw is the car for those who would like a smooth ride. Bmw is the best.
I had a great experience at BMW of Alexandria; i was referred by another prior customer to Osman Aberra after totaling my car - right after getting out of the hospital. I didn't even know i wanted a BMW but the customer serviceattention to my need and concern was stellar. They were mindful of my wallet, and helped ensure i wasnt making an impulsive purchase--but took the time to educate me on the merits of the cars without rushing me or making me feel pushed. Several emails, even more text messages and 2 test drives later....i took my new X2 home. Everyone there was awesome-polite, helpful, courteous and professional

This car is the best of all worlds. It’s got a backseat and the trunk which can be difficult to find on a convertible. the hardtop is up and down within seconds of pushing a button. Interior styling is minimalist luxury and the car is extremely comfortable. I absolutely love owning this car and really don’t have anything negative to say about it.
I’ve been a BMW driver for about 3 years now and have been to numerous BMW dealerships. In my experience, all BMW dealerships hold themselves to the highest standards, but somehow Sterling has set themselves far apart from their counterparts.
Whether it’s walking into service or the showroom everyone recognizes me and remembers my name from previous engagements. It makes me feel very welcome and part of a family of BMW aficionados. Everyone is super friendly and is genuinely interested in what you have to say, whether it’s just small talk or business.
I’ve been going to Sterling for about 1 year now and I don’t think any dealership can compare in quality, customer service, and professionalism.

My new BMW 430i Convertible is exceptional. It handles well and the acceleration is surprising for a 4 cylinder car. The car has features too numerous to mention. It is a retractible hardtop and when I put the top down or up, people just stop and stare. It is a true engineering marvel.
A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?

Outstanding performance superior styling and engineering. Absolutely the ultimate driving machine. Maintenance plan provides all service needs for the first three years so you can drive worry free.
Maria provided excellent customer service! She demonstrated and extraordinary ability to understand my needs without being ever making me feel pressured. She is very knowledgeable and extremely quick! She was extremely patient and helpful, and despite having to stay past showroom hours, made sure that the car was in perfect condition before I left. It was a pleasure working with Maria, I highly recommend her!

I purchased a fully loaded 4 series and I couldn’t be happier. The driving is smooth, engine is not noisy and it meets and exceeds my expectations.
Giselle Pearson was my sales person. Her customer service skills were excellent and provided upmost attention during my test drive and negotiations. Everyone at Passport was very attentive and professional during the sales process. I look forward to having Passport service my X5 for years to come.

The 430i hardtop convertible is awesome. Although I have only owned it for less than a week, it has far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this vehicle.
I purchased a BMW remotely, actually sight unseen, and although I was quite worried about the process and the risk, it was a great experience. Giselle Pearson was my Client Adviser and she answered all my questions and researched features and options for me. Most importantly Giselle was a pleasure to deal with and made the process seamless.

This vehicle is stylish inside and out, from the red interior to the alpine white exterior with dark tinted windows looks awesome on the road. Many heads have turned looking at the vehicle and the beauty of the wheels. Just a thrill to drive
