I dropped in to make an appointment at the dealership. They said they could check it out right then. Yes, it was a small issue, but they soon fixed it and didn’t charge anything!

The car is a great car. I love the convertible, especially this time of year. Unfortunately, this is the last year convertibles will be equipped with a hard top. Future productions will be a soft too.

Queens Auto review
100/10 Experience — Highly Recommend! I was shopping around under a tight deadline and needed to finalize and get a car within 3 days, and I honestly one of the best experiences!! From the moment I walked in, Luciano made everything smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Luciano was polite, humble, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything about the car in detail and worked hard to negotiate and get me the absolute best deal possible. He truly went above and beyond he even put a bow on my car, which made the moment extra special. What really stood out to me was how much they care about people, not just selling cars. I was there at night, and Luciano personally walked me to my car to make sure I got home safely, which says so much about his character. On top of that, he even dropped my car off at my home service you just don’t see anymore. This dealership doesn’t just sell cars; they treat you like family. Luciano is an amazing guy, and his boss Kevin is just as great. I can’t recommend these guys enough. If you’re looking for honesty, care, and an unbeatable experience, this is the place to go.

He was very polite, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure I felt comfortable and kept me informed, which I really appreciated as a first-time customer. It’s always nice to meet someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend him to anyone coming to Hyundai!

I’m a first-time buyer, so I had a lot of questions. They took the time to explain the financing options and gave me all the information I needed. I found the car I was looking for and felt very comfortable with the process. I’m coming back Monday with my parents to hopefully buy it!
2022 BMW 430 review
I have 2009 BMW M6 V10 which I daily drove for about 1 year then bought 2022 BMW 430i Msport with convenience package. Race artic blue exterior and congnac interior color combination is beautiful. My car has 797M wheels which are hard to come by. I truly enjoyed 1 year ownership i drove about 30,000 miles and enjoyed every mile in this excellent daily sports car! I averaged 28 mpg and the car has special technology that you can cruise without gas pedal when you are on flat or downhill road. Literally the car keeps going super cool. This car is technology masterpiece and a car with future technologies. If you are looking for luxury daily good on gas sports car look no further! I've looked at every cars on planet under $60k and 2021+ BMW 430i Msport is the best #1 choice.

L.A. Trading Co review
Mario was very enthusiastic and willing to help in my search for the right vehicle.
2017 BMW 430 review
I purchased my 2017 in 2020. It’s Upgraded wheel package really does wonders for its look/stance. Not a single problem after 3 years and no records of any previous problems. Looks, drives and feels brand new. Everyone loves it. It handle’s fantastic, very smooth ride and nothing but basic maintenance (I’m a little OCD on vehicle maintenance anyway, it pays off). I don’t drive it like a 16 yr old might. I take care of it. I don’t drive it hard. The worst of these that I’ve seen are from owners that rag them out. A good inspection, up on a lift, exposes a lot. You treat it well, it will do the same for you. Before buying I did my homework with Carfax info, maintenance history, previous vehicle location, called prior servicing dealership listed on Carfax and it’s surprising what they can tell you about a car they maintained, dealership gains nothing by misguiding me bc it wasn’t being sold by them. They just confirmed the facts from their service records which was even more than Carfax had actually. Also found a BMW mechanic that I paid $100 to check it out, front to back, before buying it and he had nothing but good to say about it. He did said “I’d grab this one”. I don’t know if I will ever be able to let it go. Did have a BMW recall, went to dealership and out in 1 hour, n/c and they also did a complimentary full check up. They didn’t find anything wrong and asked if I wanted to sell it. That was a big NO. I have neighbors keeping an eye on it, waiting to hear that I’m trading it in so they can buy it. Love it.

Byers Imports Pre-Owned CenterReviews
Byers Imports Pre-Owned Center review
I had a great experience purchasing my car at Byers, especially thanks to Jeff. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Since this was my first time buying a car in the U.S., I had a lot of questions and was a little nervous, but Jeff took the time to explain everything I wasn’t familiar with in detail. He also shared some fun stories from his past, which made the whole experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. I learned a lot about the car and the buying process along the way. I also really appreciated how quick and efficient the entire process was at Byers. Thanks again to Jeff and the Byers team for making my first car-buying experience in the U.S. such a positive one!

This is one of the most beautiful cars I have ever seen -- it has always been my dream car. This is actually the 4th BMW I have owned and definitely psyched to be driving such a hot car!

By far the best car buying experience I have had. Big E our salesman, worked hard to get us approved for financing and explained everything clearly along the way. His professionalism, honesty, and friendly attitude made a huge difference. If you are looking for great customer service and a team that truly cares, definitely ask for Big E. I couldn’t be happier with my experience highly recommend. Thank you!

The buying part was fine and the car is fine. What bugged me was getting three separate calls about an extended warranty after I'd already said no twice at the desk. I get that it's the business but come on. Aside from that I have nothing bad to say, the Escape has been great and the price was right. Just say no firmly and move on.

Sun ToyotaReviews
Sun Toyota review
I wanna start off by saying my last Experience approaching a vehicle from Sun Toyota In Holiday Florida was a complete nightmare. That was two years ago. I went in yesterday to have a couple of things taken care of. The gentlemen by the name of Michael Shumaker Was the first person that I spoke to when I pulled into the bay. I explain issues I had said while you’re waiting can I show you a car that I think would be happier with. From the very beginning, I told him The issues that I had with my prior purchase. He was so patient and still took the time to go over her numbers to see if he could match my payment. I received the inspection of my vehicle at 8:34 AM. At 11:17 AM the advisor called me and asked me what they wanted to do about Top mounted brake light. At that point, I put my phone on mute with the advisor and told Michael that I needed to walk out of the store because I was furious. He followed me out to talk to me. I told him that thanks to the advisor that he just lost a sale. When I went back inside, he sat down with me the waiting section and we talk some more. Let’s just say he not only came up with the best offer, he got me a better deal on it the vehicle that is completely loaded and is in perfect condition and I looked at him and I said you’ve got a deal and shook my hand. Michael Shumaker Was extremely patient with me. He went to the mat for me and got me a payment that was no more than seven dollars more than my original payment. Not only that but I do not have to make a payment for 45 days as well as I’m getting over a $500 refund check from something that they had put on my old car loan two years ago. This guy is the guy you want to go and ask for when you go there. He was with me for over three hours because I couldn’t decide what to do in the entire time we were together he looked at me directly in the eyes as While speaking and had feedback for all my concerns and questions. This gentleman truly went way above and beyond. He deserves more than a 5 Star rating. In my review, I’m going to give him 10 stars. He told me what I need to go back For any type of service to contact him first. This gentleman even followed up with me in the evening to see how I was enjoying my new purchase. Sun Toyota Extremely lucky lucky to have Michael Shumaker On their team. I hope they do whatever they can to keep him there. Should he go elsewhere I will follow him wherever he goes. I hope that people read the reviews for Sun Toyota In. See this. You will not regret going there and asking for this gentleman.
2020 BMW 430 review
Bought 2020 430i xdrive Gran Coupe six months ago. First of all the car performs nicely but if it's performance you're looking for look elsewhere. This car is a large, luxurious, roomy and very capable driving machine. Trunk on the Gran Coupe is enormous. The power tailgate is a nice touch. Seats are firm and infinity adjustable. Wood and aluminum trim is lovely. Car is versatile meaning you can drive it as a cruiser or put it into Sport plus model and use the paddle shifters to the full effect. Car goes 0 to 60 in 5.6 secs and top speed is 155, adequate for most of your driving needs. Car feels very solid on the highway and safety features assure a safe ride. I highly recommend this car. If it's performance your looking for pony up for the M version which also has stiffer ride and uses more fuel. This is my 11th BMW and over the years I've come to trust and enjoy the marque.
