Preparing mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then…instead, we get the most friendly and personable salesperson- Cesar. He was helpful and extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. He set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. At the end, I left my airpods and sunglasses and I have been agonizing over them. He reached out and let me know he had them and followed up several times to be sure I got them back. The Service Advisor, Vladimir, was very helpful and the work (first annual maintenance) was done promptly. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and friendly.

This car handles and drives like you float on the pavement. The V8 powerhouse for the size of the car gives it unbelievable power and it get great gas mileage. This car is at home on the Highway at speeds of 75 and better. I could swear the faster you go the more the car glues itself to the road.....unbelievable drive.

Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

Had some noise taking in the front of my car. I’m already at 90,000 miles on my 2021QX 80 that I just purchased January. Turns out that’s the repairs were covered underneath the eight year unlimited mileage warranty that I bought is the time of purchase. These guys are great. Never feel pressure on buying any extra Which is why I keep coming back. Every four years I get about 450,000 miles on my vehicles because I travel cross country and they keep me moving and the warranty lets me sleep easy at night. Thanks guys.

Almost 4 years of driving experience, 35000 km , reliable, gas saving, quiet and comfortable.fast , but you need to add premium gas, generally, this car is a great choice
