Nash Auto review
You must visit Nashauto to understand how beautiful this dealership is Customer Service 10 out of 10 and all their cars look like brand new. just came out of the showroom. Prices are better than most dealers that I visited. You’ll not be disappointed. I found my car there. The price was better than most places, Car was definitely way cleaner than everywhere else I visited I seen some negative reviews on some positive one. I just kept Call until I went there and I saw R. out front about everything and unsecured great Finance great for me. I was really impressed with this place. If you’re looking for quality vehicles, this place definitely should be on your list. Ask for JR. He is the man.
2018 BMW 540 review
Have put 54K miles on it since new. Fabulous ride and performance. Excellent responsiveness at high speed. The short coming is it is expensive to maintain minor annoyances to keep it perfect. Have to repair the headlight due to "Angel eye" glowing yellow! Way too costly a repair; and an obvious defect in the design of headlights. Should be a Recall, as most cars get this defect after 5 years. Also have to repair the Gibeau joining plate on powertrain line (drive shaft to Differential link). Too soon for that kind of repair. (I would expect the linkage to be good for 100K). If you service at the dealer, like I do out of convenience, everything is costly. I took out a maintenance service plan, it's worth it. (it covers oil changes, brake flushes, transmission fluids, filters, radiator flush).

Shut out to Anthony Moore - my service advisor of my BMW X5 on Nov 11. He’s very professional and knowledgeable . Not much waiting.
2023 BMW 540 review
A great daily driver that is comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The tech features are low stress and easy. Always feels ready to reduce stress with spirted driving. Has a way of wrapping around you to feel like a smaller car as you drive and still be large enough to feel safe on a road full of crossovers.

Sophia was incredibly professional, which speaks volumes about the company’s standards. I brought my vehicle in for service and was pleasantly surprised when they provided a complimentary car wash without me even asking, a rare perk compared to most dealerships!
2023 BMW 540 review
I purchased this car used. It had 35,000 miles when I got it. So far, it’s been a delight. It has reasonable power for what it is (a family sedan). Handling is crisp. There are three drive modes, Econo, Comfort and Sport. The Sport Mode is adjustable to fit your preferred driving style. I haven’t owned a BMW since I had a 2003 E46 330. The 540 is considerably larger, but it doesn’t drive like it. Granted, it has less feel in the steering, and the ride is smoother. But it’s still unmistakably a BMW. It’s definitely geared towards the driver. This car is relaxing to drive. A real pleasure.

CAR LUXReviews
CAR LUX review
I purchased a BMW X5 but was originally looking at the X3. I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Brayan Gonzalez at Car Lux in Hawthorne! From the very beginning, Brayan was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—there was absolutely no pressure. I really felt like he was genuinely listening to me, understanding what I was looking for, and paying attention to my needs rather than simply trying to make a sale or push me toward what benefited him. That made such a huge difference in my experience. Brayan was extremely responsive and continued to provide additional information and answer my questions throughout the process. I never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, I felt like he wanted to make sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed and confident decision. The entire dealership experience was great, but Brayan truly stood out. When I’m ready for my next car purchase, I sincerely hope he’s still there because he is absolutely someone I would come back to and recommend to others. Thank you, Brayan, for making what can sometimes be a stressful car-buying experience feel comfortable, informative, and genuinely enjoyable. 5 stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. In short, thank you Mr. Frankie for your support!

I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. I worked with Ed, who went out of his way not only to reassure me that I had secured my spot as the buyer, but also provide me with photos and updates as the car went through the reconditioning and detailing process. Ed was extraordinarily responsive, answering my (many) texts within minutes! Ed demonstrated exceptional professionalism, caring and compassion. I would buy another car from him in a heartbeat.

Hawthorne Motors ExpressReviews
Hawthorne Motors Express review
We recently purchased a 2017 Audi from Hawthorne Motor Express and had a great experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, and everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. As a family-run business, they made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process and never pressured us into making a decision. They took the time to work with our financial needs and helped make the purchase fit our budget. What really stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They repaired a tire that needed attention and even ordered a replacement tow cover for the front bumper after the sale. It’s clear they care about their customers and stand behind the vehicles they sell. If you’re looking for an honest dealership with great service and a no-pressure atmosphere, I highly recommend Hawthorne Motor Express.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with this dealership. I’ve purchased four vehicles from them, and each one has been great. The person who helped us this time was Dj, and he was exceptional from the moment we met. The car is beautiful, and I’ve never had any issues with any of the cars I’ve purchased here. The customer service is always amazing.

Pacific BMW review
I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. I worked with Ed, who went out of his way not only to reassure me that I had secured my spot as the buyer, but also provide me with photos and updates as the car went through the reconditioning and detailing process. Ed was extraordinarily responsive, answering my (many) texts within minutes! Ed demonstrated exceptional professionalism, caring and compassion. I would buy another car from him in a heartbeat.

Moe was my point of contact and was great through the whole process! No we are just waiting for the registration stuff so the car can be fully registered.
2021 BMW 540 review
Excellent performance and comfort. Rides well, quick and responsive. Hate the run flat tires, but other than that it is wonderful. I would suggest the industry not use run flat tires. Seems to have a shorter life and is a major pain if a flat occurs in a rural area.

Pro X Motors review
Leo at Pro X motors was amazing. I got a very good deal on a decent 2016 X3. Leo was a pleasure to work with, worked hard to get the deal done and I left with the car I wanted for a very good price. I would recommend Pro X Motors to anyone looking for a competitively pre-owned vehicle. Thank you very much!!
2019 BMW 540 review
I actually traded a 750i on this car. The 5 is a little smaller, less powerful, and has fewer features. It's also a lot less expensive, it drives better, and in my case it is quieter and has as good of a ride as the 7 did. It comfortably seats 4, 5 can fit, plenty of space in the trunk and it gets excellent mileage for the size of car that it is with a very powerful and smooth engine. I have no complaints. I've had no issues with the car.

BMW of Monrovia review
Visited to test drive through Costco Auto program. Monica was prompt in connecting and arranging a test drive. Since she was occupied with a customer, Olya assisted. She was very professional throughout the test drive and purchase of a 330i. Negotiated a fair deal and the following day Olya drove 30mins to our house to sync our phones with the car and demonstrate the digital functions of the car! Great experience from beginning to end

I love this vehicle. Reliable, comfortable, powerful, always feels like it’s capable of delivering more no matter the speed or scenario. Excellent air conditioning in the swealtering Florida sun. Leather holds up extremely well, trim pieces are all still in excellent condition after years of use. Absolute joy and pleasure to drive. CarMax HendersonReviews
CarMax Henderson review
It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I still give 5 stars because I truly believe Carrie in corporate and the GM of the store are stand-up people who genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy and in the right vehicle. In the end, everything worked out as it should. Carrie was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and the GM was equally understanding and supportive. I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself. Each time, the vehicles have been excellent. I’ve been very satisfied with the service I’ve received—both when selling my vehicle (fair offer) and when buying one (fair price). I would feel completely confident recommending this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.
