Very please with the car. I had a 2018 530d which I thought was very quite but this is just the next level. I look forward to longer journeys. The torque in the car is addictive and so smooth. I just wish I could sit in the back!

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. After getting the brush off at BMW San Diego we took the hour and a half drive up to Buena Park to look at a car we?d been eying online. We were immediately greeted upon driving up to the lot everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the process super easy. So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

I went back and forth between the 740 and 750. I choose the V6 because I am driving more comfort than performance and the power I don't really need. If I am in the need to pass put the car in Sport and so far I am fine. Gas mileage is better with the V6 and the interior is perfect as being 6'4 I have plenty of room.

This is my dream car. It has more features than I imagined. I am getting so spoiled with its smooth drive and comfortable interior. Recommend it highly.
