BMW of TucsonReviews
BMW of Tucson review
I?m writing this review with the biggest pleasure. I recently moved from Europe to the USA and as a new resident I definitely needed a car. As I was visiting several dealerships around i finally got to BMW of Tucson, the place where the team immediately makes you feel like family member. The BMW team at BMW Of Tucson dealership, is amazing and professional to the maximum, especially the trio Juan Carlos Aimada, Rachel Rubio and Pablo Berry, this trio is phenomenal because the know exactly what a person needs and they don?t let you worry about nothing, definitely a team that a big company like BMW deserves to have! Now a special thanks to Mr. Juan Carlos Aimada, this gentleman is one of a kind, a person that makes you feel comfortable, confident and happy and is a person that exactly knows what a person needs and what a person wants. From the first day he helped me so much about everything, he was so helpful and professional from the first day I came in to the dealership until the last day of the purchase of my BMW X5. From the first moment Juan made me feel like family member and made the entire process so smooth and easy going. If you?re planning to buy a car I definitely-strongly recommend BMW Of Tucson dealership. This is the place where you make your road dream reality! Thank you very much for the amazing experience!!!

Excellent experience with BMW of Cincinnati North. I was buying remote and Matt made the process seamless. He made sure everything was perfect before I traveled to get the vehicle. He was going on vacation when I was to pick up the vehicle so he introduced me to Conner who finalized my transaction and supported me through the final steps and helped me get to know my new vehicle. End to end a solid experience!!!

Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

BMW of South Austin review
My experience at this dealership was great from start to finish. I'm usually someone who specs exactly what I want and factory orders it. When we discovered the 2026 order banks were already closed, I had written off the process and planned to wait for the 2027 models. Instead, Michael McKenery put in the extra work to locate nearly the exact spec I wanted within the dealer network. He reached back out, walked me through the single option I'd have to compromise on, and we put together a deal. The rest of the purchase was completely seamless, with zero pushy add-on tactics in the finance office. Overall, Michael and the team genuinely care about customer satisfaction and getting you into the right car.

Passport BMWReviews
Passport BMW review
Jon Garrett, Sales Consultant at Passport BMW, exceeded my expectations. From my first inquiry about the 2026 BMW X3, Jon was responsive and knowledgeable. He showed real passion for his work and care for his customers. The process was efficient and stress-free. Jon respected my time and completed the transaction in a couple of hours, as promised. Jon’s professionalism and warmth made the experience enjoyable. He introduced me to Jay, the finance manager, who was also outstanding. Jay’s expertise and attention to detail stood out. He explained everything transparently and made sure I felt confident and informed. His professionalism made the paperwork process smooth and pleasant. Neb, a true BMW guru, took the time to walk me through every new feature of my X3. He answered all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. Neb made me feel comfortable with the technology and genuinely excited about my new car. While training Marie, who was also exceptionally professional and eager to learn, Neb ensured nothing was overlooked. Their teamwork and support were evident. I felt I was in the best possible hands. The Passport BMW team exceeded my expectations in every way. This was my best BMW purchase yet—I've bought six before. I deeply appreciate the care, expertise, and dedication from Jon, Jay, Neb, and Marie. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a world-class car-buying experience. I look forward to working with them again and will share my positive experience with friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience outstanding and unforgettable.

Came in for service, and we greeted by Pablo. He was very charismatic, and welcoming. He brought me to my advisor Bryan, he was able to identify me by my key...amazing! He walked me through the services, and provided me an accurate time for completion. Vehicle was serviced, washed, and vacuumed in just a hair over the 90mins quoted. I appreciate the transparency, and care given by both Pablo and Bryan, and look forward to my future services at BMW.

Jacob our sales agent was amazing! The only car sales agent I met who never tried to ripped us off.

The nice thing about working with this dealership was we were able to negotiate everything over the phone and that way we could go pick up the car and everything was prepared and ready and we were in and out of there in no time

A pleasure to deal with . Walked in saw the exact car in the color and style I wanted in the showroom. Met with my salesman and set up the financing and purchase . No silly games . Everything was straight forward and easy . Went back a few hours later and met with the wonderful finance person and drove home in exactly the BMW I wanted . What more can anyone ask for !!

Ferman BMWReviews
Ferman BMW review
Purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica from Ferman BMW and David Soto was our salesman. We had arranged to see and test drive online and were using Sams club program I did not plan on trading in as I had a good offer from Carvana. They were able to meet my requirement to trade in my vehicle. David was excellent, no pressure, calm and friendly. Business office was the same, no pressure and easy experience I will highly recommend Ferman based on this experience and David Soto as an excellent person to deal and buy from. Only issue we wish we had been told there was only one key/ fob to vehicle as now we must pay for a second key/ fob

Fast and easy. All staff was pleasant, well spoken and mannered. Made an out of state purchase with a few email and phone calls. Sales person Luke was excellent.

I think that the current group of advisors is excellent, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. It is a stressful job with lots of demands but never once did i feel ignored. We should remember that a bit of politeness and good attitude goes a long way.
