I recently got my 2012 X3 Power Sunroof Motor replaced at Fairfax BMW service center. Tyler did a great job and talked with my third-party extended warranty service on my behalf (I have read about unpleasant stories regarding these third-party extended warranty providers) - and they agreed to cover the repair cost without any hassle! I really appreciate Tyler's help and his dedication to make his customer satisfied.
I came to the dealership not even in the market for a car. Our car was in for service and we had a rental for a week, which I naturally fell in love with. The entire team made it more than worth my while to trek from NOVA to get the car I wanted. Ask for Armand as he was great to work with and did not not try to “sell me”. The rest of the team was very accommodating and kept the haggling and upsell to a minimum. Worth the trip from NOVA!
