Spitzer Kia Cleveland review
What a fantastic buying experience from start to finish! I was greeted buy salesman Luis Luna when first entering the dealership. We got right down to business. I told Luis what I was looking for, went on a test drive, and back to the dealership to finalize the transaction. What a great vice at the dealership. I spoke to many people at the dealership at my relatively short stay. I got what I wanted and headed home with my Telluride! From Luis my salesman to the General Sales Manager to the finance manager to the cashiers, everyone was so friendly and positive! I am a big fan of Spitzer Kia West and I’m sure a future loyal customer! Thank you Luis Luna and the great people at Spitzer Kia West!

Shaheen Chevrolet review
Due to a quote for two miner issues in my 2019 Terrain I decided to check out Shaheens. One item was quoted $150 less and the other one was $200 less. I was a drive up customer and I was still treated with timely service and respect. Shaheens is now my go to for all my auto service needs.

BMW Northwest review
The model we wanted had to be ordered months in advance, and we're glad we had Peter to guide us through the whole process until we were able to pick it up yesterday. He was very friendly, forthcoming and very knowledgeable about the onboarding process. The paperwork with Kenneth, who was also very friendly and efficient was a breeze. If you happen to stop by, be sure to check out their BMW museum; there are some amazing Beemers. This is our second vehicle purchase and we wouldn't hesitate to go back.

BMW of Wesley Chapel review
It is a genuine please for me to recommend BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel and especially Chad Stephens for his professional service that not only met but exceeded my expectations. He was always readily available via his cell phone or when busy texted to let me know he was working with a client and that he would get back to me as soon as he was available. He also went the extra mile when it came to paying attention to details. I feel that BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel has established a record of responsibility, reliability, promptness and integrity through Chad Stephens and you Alex Senko your financial professional At times, as in many cases, we ran into special circumstances where the outcome relied on the flexibility and promptness of the professionals at BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel. Fortunately, Chad Stephens put the extra effort and time to deliver a positive outcome. I am confident of the quality of profession and excellent customer service Chad and Alex provided as their number one priority. I am pleased to recommend Chad Stephens; he is the best. Hendrick Southpoint Auto MallReviews
Hendrick Southpoint Auto Mall review
The process of purchasing my Crosstrek Hybrid Limited was seamless and terrific. I got exactly the car I wanted at a fair price and was delighted by the service I received from my salesperson, Tushar Shende, and Chris Kulis in Finance. But that wasn’t even the best part! About a week after the purchase, I met with Joseph Rossman, the Encore Delivery Specialist, who patiently and thoroughly walked me through all the cool things my new car can do. Thank you to everyone at Hendricks who made the purchase of my new car so gratifying and fun.

I brought my BMW X1 in for its 50,000-mile service and had a great experience. My service advisor, Brandon, was very attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. The staff was welcoming, and the service was surprisingly quick. Everything went smoothly, and I really appreciated how easy they made the whole experience. Thanks to Brandon and the BMW team for taking good care of my car!

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I highly recommend Jose to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

BMW Cleveland review
I had a great experience when I bought my x4 at Cleveland BMW. Odin Greene was a very good sales person. He saw to it that all my requests were taken care of. I saw the car I wanted online, he held it for me until I could get there from DC, and all the transactions went smoothly. All other personnel were equally as cordial. Again, I was very satisfied with the service I received from BMW of Cleveland.

I have purchased two vehicles from Carmax I did not feel I was being taken advantage of. I received more for my trade in than expected. I have recommended them to friends and family.

CarMax ClackamasReviews
CarMax Clackamas review
I have never bought a car so easy as I did here. The process was quick and painless just the way I like it. The finance part for the car took like a 10 minute process. The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep. I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total.. Loved it(and car is awesome too)

Motor City MiniReviews
Motor City Mini review
Spoke with Aaron Vanshanker on the phone to verify a mini advertised online. It was verified and I set up an appointment for the next day. Aaron was knowledgeable and showed us several of their cars. He did not pressure us but let us know he was available if we had any questions. We bought our car 2 days later. So we first went in on Saturday to look around and drove home our mini home the following Tuesday. They put a bow on our car and parked it in the showroom with our name on it. It was shiny and fantastic. They shared in my excitement and made me feel so happy. The car is awesome and I feel it was a good deal. It is early days but I am very satisfied so far - Aaron was professional and easy to deal with.
