Walked in showroom on Friday and met Jay Ali. Jay is an outstanding ambassador for The Woodlands BMW. Because of his hard work, we found the X7 we wanted AND another X5 that we did not anticipate buying. Jay was wonderful, patient and the hardest working sales agent I?ve ever met. I highly recommend The Woodlands BMW and especially Jay.

Everything was ready for me when I arrived. Adolfo was very helpful explaining all the details about the car and answering all my questions, very professional.
2023 BMW X3 review
Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Just ask for Reza🏁 Exceptional service. He reached out to me from an online inquiry at about noon. I was able to come in, test drive (2 cars), purchase my car and be home by 5pm. He gave me some time to sit in the car and deliberate for a hour so on my own. He gave me the keys to both cars to test drive and test out. I told him what I wanted, what I was interested in paying for it - and boom 💥 purchase complete and I am satisfied customer. Reza is a true sales man. He contacted me the day after to check on me and give me a small token that I mentioned prior to leaving the dealership. I highly recommend Reza. 100% will be my sole contact moving forward.

Their facility is clean, sales agent (Donavan Rene) is nice & responsive, but had so much misunderstanding on paperwork that we ended up spending a night in Houston. But the dealership paid for our hotel stay and uber. I?ll give them that. They?re worth giving a second chance.

I recently purchased a 2024 BMW X7 from the new BMW of West Houston location, and the entire experience was world-class. From the moment I walked into their impressive new facility, I knew I was in the right place. A huge thank you to my Client Specialist, Tommy Luk. Tommy is professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and ensured that the delivery of my X7 was perfect. It is clear that he truly cares about his clients and the BMW brand. If you are looking for a new BMW or a high-quality Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, I highly recommend visiting this new location and asking for Tommy Luk. You won’t be disappointed. Five stars all the way!

BMW of West Houston review
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Tommy Luk at BMW West! I recently purchased a 2024 BMW X3 after my previous vehicle was totaled, and Tommy made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful process such a positive experience. From the very beginning, Tommy was genuinely kind, patient, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured or like I was just another sale. He truly took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the people he works with, and that kind of customer service is hard to find. There’s a reason our family keeps coming back to him! Two of our family members had already purchased vehicles with Tommy before me, making me the third, and after my experience I completely understand why. We’ve already recommended him to other family members and will continue to send anyone looking for a vehicle his way. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers, ask for Tommy Luk. He has absolutely earned our family’s business and our highest recommendation. Thank you, Tommy, for making my X3 purchase such a wonderful experience! ❤️🚙

CarMax Tulsa review
Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.

Auto Boutique TexasReviews
Auto Boutique Texas review
Very professional, great group. Last Tesla I bought was purchased from a group that sells 50-65 teslas a month (idrive in Carrolton tx). Auto Boutique surprised me, and managed a Tesla sale like a group that sells 10x more of these technically challenging vehicles. They got the car added to my Tesla app quickly and I left the dealership able to supercharge and drive 6 hours to my home. The young guys ( Ethen Beck and Enrique Ovalles) were very Tesla literate. I'm a contributor to a tesla owners forum and have over 4 million content views, so I'm not a Tesla Newbie. I have a 2016 model s p85, a 2021 model y dual motor, and now a 2021 refresh model s long range to replace the aging ap1 car. These guys had the recurrent battery report in addition to the carfax so I could skip checking the battery. Staff went into service mode and we checked the error log. They got an update to post before adding the car and so I drove off in great shape!
