I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

I recently worked with S. Snyder and W. Rejouis on my purchase and financing respectively. After ~2 months I can securely say I left with an excellent car bought on reasonable terms. The process is never perfect, but I do want to offer some tips based on my experience: > ask up front if the vehicle is actually Certified Pre-Owned, or just listed as such > if you see any lights, look up what they actually mean and ask the dealer for the specific fix, not just "can you do something"

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

(SHOULD LAST 70-100,000 MI) PEGGY OBTAINED PAYMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART FROM BENTLEY BUT NOT FOR THE INSTALLATION. I HAD TO PAY $2000. WROTE TO BENTLEY CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Brought my car in for scheduled service and saw Isai today. Because I have a service plan, this was not a major service point. Isai went over the suggestions and gave me full information on what is needed and why some of the wear and tear may occur. This was not my first time working with him and have had a great experience each time!! We discussed a plan for work, looking at what I could put off versus needed now kind of thing. I am happy recommending others see him and not feel like their being taken advantage of.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

I love the car and at the same time I can't help to hate it. What I love about the car would be the luxurious interior, comfortable and quiet cabin, smooth ride, ease of access, and a few extra features that were put in as an add-on. What I don't like about this car would be the poor fuel economy for the 30i model, especially when compared to the B-58 engine. Apple carplay connection issues, no option for remote start unless I want to void warranty, and no option for the iDrive Recorder App. Exterior Styling - 8.5/10 Interior Styling - 9/10 Comfort - 9.5/10 Cargo space - 8.5/10 Driving smoothness - 9.5/10 Horsepower - 7/10 Fuel Economy - 3/10 It's been an overall fun car to get around in. It's easy to get in and out of, smooth on bumpy roads, and it is quiet. The fact that only 2022 models and newer offer remote start and iDrive recorder is a big disappointment. But I think my biggest disappointment would be the fuel economy. As I had the B-58 in the past and averaged out 11.5L/100km and in this X3 am averaging 13.5/100km which was worse than my pick up truck. I might not keep this car for long-term just because of how poor the fuel economy is.

Our service advisor for decades is Sharone Adwaney who is the best of the best. He always takes great care of our cars and us. Sales and service here is consistently outstanding.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! First let me start by saying I live just south of Knoxville TN and I was NOT driving 12+ hours to buy this car based on the previous reviews I had read. I said thanks, but no thanks. Thankfully Ash called me as one of the new managers and explained the wrongs of the previous ownership and the changes that had been made. I was very hesitant, but after much thought and personal and LIVE videos and photos sent to me of this car ON THE LOT, I made the trip. They detailed it, pulled it inside and kept the keys with them until I got there (with a small deposit on my part). Upon arrival the car was waiting on me, pulled inside under the lights with a big bow on the hood, and I was blown away!!! They were all so nice, gave me plenty of time to drive the car and managed to meet my every expectation. We actually had a great time, and I can't remember the last time I had this much fun buying a car and MAN DO I LOVE THIS INTEGRA TYPE S. I am so glad Ash called me and put my mind at ease and if you are wondering if they are different than their many past reviews, please believe me, trust them and make the trip. I love that BMW makes a mid size suv that is part electric now. We purchased the x3 edrive. I do mostly local driving during the week so only need to fill up with gas once a month to every six weeks. Excellent car!
