Quick and easy process. I think I got a fair deal overall. Dealership is clean. Service and parts personal or friendly and competent to my needs. Overall, one of the better experiences at a dealership.

Bought a 2026 Black G70 Prestige AWD and it is FANTASTIC... Jose sold me the car and he did a fantastic job. We made arrangements and he dropped off the car at my residence. Great JOB! Great Dealership and will definitely buy more from then in the future.

Stevens Creek MazdaReviews
Stevens Creek Mazda review
From start to finish, this was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Sepesi, my salesperson, and Bomdad, the sales manager, truly went above and beyond in every sense of the phrase. Their professionalism, transparency, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful, risky process feel seamless and effortless. Coordinating the purchase and shipping of a vehicle across the country is no small task, yet they handled every detail with precision and constant communication, ensuring I was comfortable and informed at every step. Jesus, the finance manager, was equally outstanding—efficient, respectful of my time, and laser-focused on getting the deal done quickly and correctly. No pressure, no wasted time, just professionalism and follow-through. The entire team took customer service to another level. I was never left guessing, never felt rushed, and always felt that my satisfaction was their top priority. Their willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference and completely changed my perception of buying a car out of state. If you’re considering Stevens Creek Mazda, do it with confidence. Sepesi, Bomdad, and the entire team have earned my highest recommendation. Absolutely exceptional experience! Kudos to the team and going above and beyond for a customer they never got to meet face to face. This is what true customer satisfaction is all about. We cant thank you enough!

Massimo exhibited exceptional patience during my car search, as I was unable to narrow down my options due to my extensive interest in all vehicles. His extensive knowledge and ability to demonstrate the various functions of cars were invaluable. He identified my preferences, ensuring that my day at the dealership was both comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend Massimo to friends and family, and I intend to return for my next car purchase. The entire staff was exceptionally polite and attentive.

Gengras FordReviews
Gengras Ford review
I was in the market for a truck and Gengras had a nice Frontier Pro 4x for sale. I did the pre approve option online from their website. Was pre approved and they made an appointment for me to come look at the truck 2 days later. Absolutely loved the truck and we started the process I met with Riley their Product Specialist and she walked me through everything on the truck and took me for a test drive. Josh the Sales Manager got me set up with some awesome financing. They told me they wanted to do a full inspection on the vehicle and detail it and it would be ready in two days. Two days later I met with Connor to complete all the paperwork and drove home with a new truck. I have to say Riley, Josh and Connor made this whole process absolutely wonderful. It, honestly, could not have been any easier. The whole team is very customer oriented and very knowledgeable. I am very happy with the purchase and the service I received and if I am in the market for another vehicle this will be the place I go.

Honestly I am so happy with the customer service and the sales guys. Nick was so helpful and awesome. I gave em a number I was comfortable with and he made it happen. Honestly happy will 100% come back if I’m ever in the Market for another car.
2022 BMW X5 review
Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

My husband and I bought two new vehicles the same month. I purchased a 2025 bmw 430i. My husband purchased a 2026 gmc terrian denali. My vehicle is perfect. My 5th bmw at Taylor Bmw. The gmc has a wobble no one can figure out. Gmc dissapoints us. Sam, luis, Richard, Rocky ( in service ) . Thank you!! You guys never dissapoint. You are the very best.. I knew we should have gotten two Bmw's.

Melbourne BMW review
I like car shopping but I don't normally enjoy the buying experience. Daniel and the Melbourne BMW team were awesome to work with. Purchased a beautiful pre-owned BMW X2 for my daughter. We couldn't be happier!
2022 BMW X5 review
Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Wadsworth Motorcars, Inc.Reviews
Wadsworth Motorcars, Inc. review
2020 Jeep Wrangler - My wife and I purchased a '20 Jeep Wrangler from Wadsworth Motorcars about three months ago, and we could not have been more pleased with our experience. We were out-of-state buyers, having to drive about six hours to complete the sale. The sellers were willing to work with us on a couple of out of the ordinary requests which brought us great comfort with the process. The vehicle was appropriately represented, and there were no overt surprises. We enthusiastically recommend them, and we will be looking to connect with them at the point we look for our next vehicle.

Honda of Cleveland HeightsReviews
Honda of Cleveland Heights review
Was hands down the smoothest process I’ve been through at any dealership and I’ve been to many. I worked with Michael Dorony as my sales consultant. Very nice, friendly, down to earth guy. From the second I walked in he greeted me with a smile. We took a test drive and was very helpful and thorough with showing me everything I needed to know. Got back and started gathering my info, plugging numbers. It’s rare to see anymore but a very honest upfront dealership. Not trying to scam you into a higher payment no manipulation etc. That is Very very hard to find. He took me down to show me the service department extremely clean and orderly compared to others I’ve seen cannot recommend this dealership enough from the people to the honesty this is where you want to be. Cannot thank Michael more for his help and was fortunate to work with him. Anthony in finance was also very warm and welcoming and made the process quick and effortless.

Hardy Superstore review
I just want to say that I had a very professional customer service experience with Ryan Ramdass and wanted to write a review to express my gratitude. Ryan and I had an issue that we had to address and resolve over the phone and he handled it very professional and cautiously. I would recommend Ryan to anyone who is searching for their next Chevrolet! He is a top notch salesman in my book. I his straight forward and to the point and says it like it is and I appreciate that about him and our conversation. Ask for Ryan when you look to purchase your next car he will not let you down.
