I found a car on a different website that I was highly interested in at Boyko. I emailed an offer in and within an hour Leo called me and accepted. I went down, checked the car out (2012, Audi A4 quattro S line w 37k miles on it) and loved it. Not only did I get the car well under Blue book, I got what I wanted for my trade in, and was literally out of there in an hour. I also have an ignition interlock so Leo worked w my schedule to drive the car over to get everything installed. This was literally hands down the nest experience buying a car I've ever had. I will only buy from Leo and Boyko from now on.

From a person who has an adverse reaction to car shopping. It was a smart smooth professional transaction from the Initial email contact exchange with great follow up to setting up an appointment for a test drive, meeting us at the dealership, being 100% available on short notice on a Sunday. This is our third BMW. The last one was purchased at this dealership as well. We have never had a bad experience at BMW Northwest. And the sales staff have been there for a long time not a lot of turnover which speaks volumes about the leader ship and the owners of this dealership. No nonsense no BS, no pressure. We fully intend to purchase our next vehicle at the dealership. I would highly recommend Mark Rauschert. BMW northwest customer service were given Nordstroms a run for their money. Too bad they don’t sell luxury shoes and handbags.

The vehicle is very comfortable and quite powerful. It does not however have all of the features that I thought it might. It is probably due to the fact that it is a base model

I have to agree and admit BMW is indeed the ultimate driving machine! Even a diesel engine L6 xdrive, it moves like around like a Boss! I purchased a used 2011 X5 and with no further due put on a highway to New Haven, CT from NJ with my entire family intact and we were all woooed throughout the journey! Moreover, I drove for almost 200miles with a 1/4 tank. Now thats a bargain! I think this Beema debank the status quo that diesels are slower and noiseier! When I pressed formore speed it keep roaring for more and hung the raod like new teens in love! I am just in love and look forward for more exciting experiences. My husband and I just leased our fourth BMW from Rick Arendt and Mark Harrington last weekend and couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism, taking the time to listen to what we wanted in terms of model,and features and the price range that we were hoping to stay within. We didn't need to,wait long before they had a few 2017 X3 models that met our criteria and we immediately fell in love with the vehicle that we left the dealership with that day. Earlier during the week that I ended up,trading in my 428ix, I blew out the sidewall of my tire when I hit a curb to avoid hitting a squirrel. My first instinct was to reach out to Rick after speaking with BMW Assist since it was getting late and I wasn't sure if the Service Department was open. Rick told me to have the vehicle towed to the dealership and we would figure out the logistics of working it into the schedule. I followed up,with BMW Assist and arranged for them to pick up my car the early the next morning. I followed up with a call to the Service Department when they opened at 7:00 am and Karen answered the phone. I filled her in on my plight and she also,told me to go ahead and have the car towed in. I asked Karen if it was possible for me to get a loaner car, despite this not being a warranty issue, and she said that they didn't have enough loaner cars for the scheduled appointments that morning. She called me back later that morning to advise me that there was a service cancellation and that she could put me into a rental car! I could probably write a mini-novel about how Karen and Rick went above the call of duty but I'll close with this: BMW of Seattle is the epitome of professionalism, excellent customer service and vehicle service. I drove this car in a test drive I was scared I droped the gas the car down shifted and started flying I almost got pulled over and idk but some how the twin turbo was screaming

I would like to strongly recommend BMW Seattle dealership. Mostly because of their general sales manager London Agrawal who goes thousand of extra miles to make their current or future clients happy. London personally spent 2 months helping me to clean up my Carfax report on my old BMW. Carfax mistakenly set a ???total loss??? flag on my pre-own certified car. London was able to find all information about this car, investigated what happened with it with Autogroup and proved that it was an operator mistake who set a ???total loss??? disposition instead of ???damage???. By that London saved me about 13,000 dollars on my old car, offered me a good deal on leasing a brand new X5. I can say that London is the most approachable, helpful, carrying general manager I ever worked with. When I had a little local incident of the parking lot and came in stress to the dealership he personally took me to all service crew members to see how big the damage is. How often you get treated with such attention? In addition, I would like to highlight a dignity of the BMW Seattle client advisor Mark Harrington. When I came in 2013 to lease X6, he recommended me to check out a brand new X5. He explained that X6 is way more expensive with old technologies. And X5 just released with a lot of packages and features that I became addicted to :) Mark could easily sell me an old car for higher price but instead he sold me a car that I loved and for way better price. I loved BMW Seattle way more than I loved the one in Bellevue mostly because they did all they could to help me with my old car and because they were honestly offering the best option for me. I was coming to service my car to Seattle for 3 years though I am living in Bellevue. In addition, many thanks top the most patience service manager Derek Logan who addressed my all requests, questions and concerns! A good acquaintance was a customer of BMW Seattle for 15 years and he recommended me London and Mark. Now I spent 3 years with them. Maybe you also can have a long lasting relationship with this wonderful dealership? : )

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Drives like a dream and you feel very safe inside-solid vehicle. Great SUV for trips or driving around town and it's easy to park and decent on gas. Lots of room, love the third row seat which folds down to make even more space. The pano roof is really nice on a warm summer evening. Has an auto sun shade for when it gets too warm which is another nice feature on the giant sun roof. Heated seats are really excellent in the X5! Nice complement to the heated steering wheel too. Awesome BMW sound system. Just had it detailed. We leased a new one which is why we are selling this one. Purchased new in Rockville, MD.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! I have been amazed at all the things this car does. It is so comfortable and has so many things to make life easier. It parks itself, has heated and cooled seats and a heated steering wheel. So thrilled with this car.

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

We really enjoy driving and riding in this vehicle. You have plenty of power if you want to pass another vehicle. A very reliable vehicle.

Vroom personnel were thoroughly professional and I received great value in my trade and new car. I took my car to the local dealer for a through inspection upon free delivery. (Vroom offers a 7 day free return policy.) The BMW service manager told me my 2015 X3 Xdrive28i was in such good shape, it would qualify as a certified per-owned on their lot. I easily could have paid $3K more for the car than I did from Vroom.

I'm just going to talke about the only thing that was really BAD. My target time for delivery was 6am - 8am. My car showed up at 8PM. Hard to check it out in dark. I took the day off. And since it came so LATE that I had to call in sick the next day. (I get up at 3am for work) And the drivers door emblem was missing. Delivery drive said I had to prove it to him, that one was there when I nought th car, witch I did. He said there company would send me one. Yea RIGHT!!!

This XUV met me needs for a sporty utility vehicle with plenty of rear seat room. Quick from the start, handles great. Apple Connect was a plus.

Previously had 2016 BMW X3 which was a great car. The re-designed 2018 X3 didn’t have as tight of steering and felt slightly lower in seating position. I test drove the 2018 X5 and loved the higher ride, the tight steering and beautiful interior. My old X3 felt a bit sportier and quicker but the X5 is more powerful. Love it!

While I didn't purchase our 2011 X3 there, we've always been treated as though we did. We will definitely buy our next car there, but the this one is holding up so well, it might be a while. Since I pull a boat sometimes, the 28i is preferable to the smaller turbo for me.

Loved my 525xi and equally love the X5. BMW’s are the best for comfort, style, reliability and zip. It meets all our needs and expectations

If you like driving cars, the X5 is for you. I have driven Infiniti's, Lexus, Lincoln, etc. All of them have their xxxxxxand con's however if you enjoy a good driving experience in an SUV, the X5 is a great choice.

Bought as a "new" dealer loaner with 0% BMW financing, May 2018, trading 2015 X3 with 60K. 26 mpg commuting 50 miles each workday, 30-32 mpg on the road for this large SAV. Rock solid, tight and SO quiet. M Sport package makes for a classy interior and exterior. Ride is a bit stiff, but if you enjoy driving, BMW is the brand. Hope to drive until similar-size BMW electric with range and self-navigation comes along.

Our professional relationship started with his personal interest in our vehicular needs and sounding down all the details of the transaction which protected the interests of his boss and us. The next afternoon Wayne flew to Washington. That day culminated with his driving an hour plus to pick up Wayne at the Seattle airport, driving an hour plus back to the dealership, going thru the car with a fine toothed comb, demonstrating all of the car's bells and buzzers, going on an extended test drive, competently completing the deal, escorting Wayne to a nearby motel making sure he was secure and safe and ready for his 10 hour drive home the next day. All this was done AFTER his normal working hours. Chris Otake is one of a kind and completely shatters the bad reputation of the proverbial used car salesman. When you buy a car from Gamblin Motors, MAKE SURE you deal with CHRIS! You will NOT be disappointed! You can't help but being endeared by his infectious laugh, genuineness, blatant honesty, and his obvious love and pride of his family. We hope to say in touch with this fine individual.

I have owned this car for 2 years now and I have driven it for 25,000 miles. I am overall pleased with the car. In fact, I test drove it by chance, more out of curiosity than anything else, and I was immediately won over and decided to buy it after trying a shortlist of about other 10-12 SUVs. Is it perfect? No, but it is not half bad either. FUEL ECONOMY. I have the 6-cylinder, 4 wheel drive model. I drive about 30% city and 70% hwy. From LA to SF I have achieved 25.6 mpg on all hwy by exploiting the coasting ability of this heavy vehicle. Overall, at 25,000 miles, my average is at 22.2 mpg. Pure city driving is painful and I do not think one can achieve more than 16 mpg. Definitely not more than 17mpg. The tank is large and the range is excellent at over 500 miles of pure freeway/highway. I do not drive slow. In fact, I have taken it to over 100mph and I like to drive it in sport mode on the local canyon roads as well. However, I do not accelerate and brake all the time. COST OF MAINTENANCE SO FAR. So far $0 as it is still under warranty. Brakes... at 25k miles, according to the computer, I have still 18k miles left on the front brakes and 28k miles left on the rear brakes. So, you do the numbers. Tires, I am afraid that the Pirelli run flat tires it came with will probably not last for more than 40-45k miles. That I am disappointed. I was hoping for at least 60k miles, frankly. In 2 years I have never burned rubber as, frankly, I could not care less. 2 oil changes (free). According to BMW my driving is much better than average and the computer asks me to change the oil every 11.5k miles instead of the more typical 10k miles. COMFORT and RIDE. I do not like the standard seats one bit. Ugly and uncomfortable. I immediately went for the luxury seats which allow for seat extension and multiple contour controls. BMW should be ashamed to sell a car in that price range with those cheap standard seats. That cost me an additional $2k, but I have not regretted it, not even for 1 second. The ride is comfortable, but on bumps the car is not very pleasant, not at all. My old Honda CR-V is way more comfortable going over bumps and I can even take the bumps at higher speeds than with my X5. Noise insulation is excellent though. Not like a $100k+ car, but excellent. The Jaguar F-Pace, for a comparison was 2x noisier than the X5 when I test drove it. Beautiful car, but too noisy, frankly. Passenger seats excellent and so are the back seats. Sometimes when I need to work on my computer in between meetings I seat there and it is very comfortable (I am 6'2"- 240). Cargo space is not huge, but more than adequate for me. Third row of seats is of no use to me and so I cannot comment on that. ISSUES. Nothing mechanical or electrical, thankfully. During the first year, on several occasions, we experienced an extremely unpleasant smell coming through the A/C or ventilation system. In a few occasion it was so bad that we had to open the window. I am not dreaming it as my wife and, in one occasion even a passenger in the back seat, reported it. I felt ashamed to have a passenger experiencing that. It was bordering the nasty. Of course, when I reported to BMW, they had no idea, but other people I know with the same or different BMW models reported a similar issue. Is it condensation during the hot days of Summer? We do not know although we experience it mostly in the hot days. Another issue is with the stop and go. No complaining about the feature, but when starting uphill, even slightly, often the car produces a short cranking noise. Never happens on flats or downhill, though. BIGGEST SURPRISE. It is not a cheap car to use, but I was surprised by the cost of the license plate sticker which, in California, comes to almost $600/year. Insurance was also a surprise, although I was kind of prepared for it. I carry a good amount of insurance but, even with a clean driving record, I am shelling out around $2,400/year. When I compare it to my Honda CR-V, the only huge difference is the collision entry. AAA told me that X5 are very expensive to fix and therefore the high price. FUN FACTOR. I will not deny that it is a fun car to drive. Besides, I had to buy it after test driving it for 1 week (car rental). However, the 0-60 in 6 seconds is nothing to brag about. With the bigger engine it would be a different thing, but that model has many more issues and fuel economy is horrendous. In sport mode it is quite a bit of fun!

I, however, decided to give it a try after visits to other dealerships didn't go over so well, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! From the moment I walked through the door, the employees were there to greet me. I had the pleasure of working with Vitaliy. He was the most straight-up, honest salesman I have ever encountered. He took his time helping me find the perfect car for me, and not once did I feel like I was being rushed or pressured into buying a car. He let me know exactly what I was getting into with the car I bought and which kind of problems I may experience with it, so I was able to get a warranty just to be safe. This is a family-owned business and it really showed. While I was waiting for financing, a lovely lady offered me refreshments while the paperwork was being finished up.
