I want to thank ezekiel so much for helping us trade in our vehicles for a grand Highlander, these new vehicles are filled with so much technology loving it.
2021 BMW X5 review
I frequently change cars because I love to learn and experience new vehicles. I bought a new 2020 RR Defender and traded it after 5 months for the X5. I wasn't really looking for a new car but fell in love with the X5 while accompanying a friend on a test drive. I really like that it handles like an ultimate driving machine. And the drive characteristics are extremely customizable. It's quiet, quick and comfortable. No squeaks or rattles - the RR had a few. It's a solid German example of automotive excellence.

I had a great experience at BMW South Austin. The service process was smooth, communication was clear, and everything was explained thoroughly. My service advisor, Ben Krebs, was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the visit. They made the entire experience stress-free, and I really appreciated the excellent customer service. I’d definitely recommend BMW South Austin to anyone looking for a dealership that takes care of its customers
2024 BMW X5 review
I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Came in for service, and we greeted by Pablo. He was very charismatic, and welcoming. He brought me to my advisor Bryan, he was able to identify me by my key...amazing! He walked me through the services, and provided me an accurate time for completion. Vehicle was serviced, washed, and vacuumed in just a hair over the 90mins quoted. I appreciate the transparency, and care given by both Pablo and Bryan, and look forward to my future services at BMW.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Principle BMW of San Antonio review
I requested a loaner car as I was driving in to San Antonio (4 hours away) to have my car serviced per the warranty recommendation. When I arrived at the dealership, the service advisor said the request wasn?t ever made. I questioned his statement and said I had proof of my email. He then said there was a wait list for loaner cars.

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

Saul was my salesperson. He was awesome, he was not pushy at all. My wife is even thinking about buying an Acadia from covert because of him. Very good experience with Saul and covert. All good with the purchase.

Mercedes-Benz of Austin review
This dealership is outstanding,, my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Austin was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had buying a car from top to bottom this dealership is top shelf. I live in San Antonio and drove all the way to Austin to experience Mercedes-Benz of Austin I'm glad I did. I would recommend this dealership because their pricing is unprecedented their service and care down to the last detail is impeccable. Kudos Mercedes-Benz of Austin, I plan to buy another car from here soon.
2020 BMW X5 review
1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

Great customer service at this dealership! Everyone was very friendly. Alejandro listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and showed me multiple options. I didn't pressured to purchase a vehicle that didn't have the options that I wanted. He delivered outstanding customer service!
2025 BMW X5 review
Purchased my fifth BMW, a 2025 X5 m40i. My last BMW was A 2024 X5 M60i so I have a little experience with both the V6 and V8 X5. The 8 cylinder is a beast and very fast, but the X5 is more of a luxury SUV than a performance car, so I opted for the Turbo Charged six cylinder. Plenty of power and about 10 mpg better gas mileage. I enjoy technology and have all the available packages. I find the tech reliable and easy to operate. I have 22” black wheels on my BMW, so I opted for the optional wheel and tire warranty as I’ve always had wheels fail by hitting pot holes, etc.

2022 BMW X5 review
Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

Volvo Cars of Austin review
This is the second time I have purchased a car with the help of Michael Frohlich at Volvo Cars, and once again, the experience was fantastic. Michael is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to understand exactly what car and trim level will best fit my needs and lifestyle. What really stood out to me this time was how wonderful he was with my daughter. I brought her along for the process, and Michael was so patient with her, going out of his way to make sure she felt included in the excitement of buying a new car. If you are in the market for a Volvo, I highly recommend asking for Michael. His excellent, customer-first approach makes the car-buying process a breeze. Thank you, Michael!

2022 BMW X5 review
Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.
