As a lifelong Bmw enthusiast, we?ve been searching for a new car for a few weeks. We stopped in to see the new selection at Richmond Bmw not exactly what we were looking for in a new X5. My advisors, both Kris and Aidan., made the process as easy as possible working with finance took no time at all, We have worked with Richmond Bmw for many years. It is great to be back apart of the Bmw family and are very comfortable with the service advisors and most of the staff in knowing that our cars are always well taken care of. Va and Trish, in-service did a fantastic job. It would make sure my car was prepped and ready to go, and we?re looking forward to another great experience as many of our cars in the past. In fact, by the time we left my wife and I had both toured a lot while waiting for our car to be delivered and ended that purchasing as a second BMW for my wife. Again the entire experience who seamless and we would highly recommend Richmond Bmw, the entire staff, and all of the service and support teams. To our surprise, we came away with the vehicle that day after trading in two vehicles and adding some cash to make up the difference.
