BMW of Houston North review
I bought both my vehicles at BMW of North Houston a couple of year’s ago. This month I took both cars in for first scheduled service. The appointment setting was easy and Val my advisor did an excellent job getting everything taken care of immediately while keeping me informed. Loved how their tech is seamlessly used to help with giving you a play by play. Loved the purchasing experience and now enjoyed the service experience for my ultimate driving machines.

Ms. Carla Waddell took care of all my needs. She greeted me and made sure I was getting the service I came for. Carla kept in touch with me during the service and listed items I need to consider for future care of my automobile. The quality of service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and Ms. Waddell walked me to my car after the service was completed. I am very satisfied. Mr. Robin Exum / President, CEO Texas Alcoholism Foundation, Inc.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. The dealership and service area are immaculate. The employees are professional, polite and welcoming. I especially liked that I was given an estimated time my car would be finished without having to ask. The service was finished early which made me even happier.
2021 BMW X7 review
I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.

2021 BMW X7 review
I love this vehicle! The cold water package, assisted driving, and executive package are great. The car drives very well for what I wanted and the 3rd row seating isn’t bad either. I had no issues getting in the back and I like how the 2nd row stops and adjust once it feels your knees. I’m not sure I’ll get tired of this car anytime soon.

BMW of The WoodlandsReviews
BMW of The Woodlands review
My experience with BMW of The Woodlands was exceptional. Because I live three hours away and could not make it down the weekend I originally planned, Nairobi kept me informed about the vehicle’s status without ever making me feel pressured. When I was finally able to make the trip, Nairobi, Steve, Malik, and Conner had everything ready and made the entire process easy and efficient. I felt genuinely valued, not like just another sale. The experience was absolutely worth the drive, and I would confidently recommend their team.
2020 BMW X7 review
A give this car a good rating after 1 year of ownership. Very capable to carry a 6 people comfortably and still maintain a sporty feel. A sure footed space craft that stands out in a crowded SUV market. If you have 22 inch wheels, get the All season tires continental Extreme Contact rear tires. They won't show up as recommended for your car unless you input the tire size on your search. The Bowers and Wilkins is a must have if you love great audio and the tow hitch is worth it as well. So many USBC connections to go around with a welcome third row sunroof to keep the backseat riders feeling special. You really have to spend time with the tech to appreciate this car. I prefer this year model over the newer ones that don't have the physical buttons, especially the AC controls. The captain seats are great and allows you to mostly skip moving them in slow motion to access the third row. This big baby Rolls moves quicker than you would expect and does it without effort in sport mode. Don't overpay if its not optioned out. Thats where BMW shines.

Everyone who worked with me was phenomenal, especially the sales respresentive, Mike Russo. He was patient, diligent, hard-working, and very kind. I would not be in this gorgeous new BMW if it weren't for his excellent salesmanship. The general manager was attentive and professional. The financial department was quick, efficient, and personable during signing. When I arrived for my appointment, the car was impeccably detailed and waiting in the glass-encased parking spot donned with a red bow. Wonderful experience. Even with a 3 1/2 hour commute to this dealership, I will be back and recommending BMW of North Houston to others.

Bayway Cadillac of the WoodlandsReviews
Bayway Cadillac of the Woodlands review
After searching for a good month for a used vehicle I finally found a dealership that would work with me with my trade in value, Laurel Williams and the sales managers moved mountains for me trying to get into a vehicle I wanted. I highly recommend Bayway Cadillac of the woodlands, top notch customer service and a pain free buying experience! Thank you! I will definitely be coming back for the next vehicle purchase.
2024 BMW X7 review
Most comfortable ride in an SUV I have been in. Handles very well, accelerates very fast and does not feel like you are driving that fast. Gas mileage has averaged 22 mpg. I like that the X7 has a third row and many features to it and really like using the My BMW app instead of carrying a key with me. There is a lot of technology in the X7 which takes time to understand on how to use.

2023 BMW X7 review
I purchased this car for my wife a few months ago now, and it has been a joy to own thus far. The car is very spacious (even for myself at 6'7" and 285 pounds) and carries our two children in the back without any distress due to the power function in the second row, something that doesn't always occur when I'm in the driver's seat of almost any other car. The seats are extremely comfortable, and it's both quiet in comfort mode and performs better than many would expect in sport mode, even as a 40i model with the 6-cylinder. While I prefer the pre-facelift X7 we owned before this one in terms of the front end, the rest of the car is an improvement without question.

Lexus of Southwest Houston review
I have had several Lexus in the past and will continue to buy them. This is due in no small part to the service department. They?re unfailingly honest, friendly, and helpful. Once I had an engine light on. They had my car for several days trying to figure out this nebulous problem. Turned out to be my gas cap. I had a loaner from them the entire time. They could have lied and told me it was something serious but they did not! Forever earned my loyalty that day. Their prices are also reasonable and the lobby and free loaners are great.

2020 BMW X7 review
In 2019, BMW introduced the all new SUV to the X series lineup; the BMW X7. This car wasn’t simply a larger version of the previous X6, but a statement piece from BMW. The X7 is an embodiment of luxury, comfort, and technological prowess on wheels. The X7 presents a complex and in depth understanding of what a modern family SUV truly looks like. Not merely a car to get you from one place to the next, but a sanctuary on wheels,a testament to engineering finesse, and a vision of automotive futurism. The reason BMW made the X7 is obvious, to create something that offers an unparalleled automotive experience. The X7 accomplishes this in countless ways such as its cabin that’s spacious and exquisitely crafted, with such an attention to detail that it almost seems excessive. As well as the use of the highest quality of materials such as the optional glass controls, adds to the sense of sophistication of the car. But where the car truly separates itself from the rest is its performance. The X7 checks in with a remarkable 456 horsepower that is one of the highest among SUVs. But the power of the car does not affect the comfort and drive of the car as it glides down the road. Its adaptive air suspension ensures that regardless of power the drive remains pristine. The tech that the X7 offers, are is my opinion its most significant selling point of the car. The BMW's iDrive system is extremely intuitive and responsive, with nearly endless possibilities for customization. The iDrive system comes with a massive 12.3 inch central display that feels big enough to watch movies on. It also includes seemingly futuristic features such as a hologram that only the driver can see showing the speed you are driving, speed limit, maps, etc. While the car excels in countless categories it has its flaws. Most notably with the highly engineered features and the extreme luxury comes the steep price that is above the average SUV. Another flaw that I see is the minimal trunk space. The vehicle prioritizes the first two rows leaving already less room in the back but with the addition of a third row it leaves minimal trunk space. Trunk space can be a necessity for many families who travel often but the X7 is only long enough to fit only one large suitcase. My personal experience with the vehicle has certainly had its ups and downs. My driving experience has been nothing short of amazing and surreal as it is the first time I’ve driven a car of this level and power. But my experience as a passenger has not been as joyous. With being the youngest in my family I automatically get banished to the 3rd row while my brothers take the middle two seats and my parents the two front. This proves to be an issue when factoring in that I am also the tallest member of my family and can barely fit in the 3rd row.

I recently bought a Mercedez S550 from Justin Seureau . The entire sales and after sales process was very professional, pleasant, and efficient. I am really happy with the service i recieved. It felt like family the way they took care of me. Justin, the sales director, helped to guide me to the car and test driving it I ended up buying; and also took his time to explain many features of the car; and Chad a very smiling face made the financial part pleasant and quick. if you want the best buying experience of buying a luxury car, go see Justin , and he will make you feel great about your choice to buy your car. They have the best well maintained cars i would recommend this dealership to everyone. They have owned my business for life and i will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family as well. Thanks again Justin for your excellent customer service.
2023 BMW X7 review
Best SUV I have leased so far. Drives like a car, seats are awesome. I have the M Sport options. Didint feel like waiting for the M60. Everything this SUV offers is top of the line and feels like it. The two bad things though, is the climate control system is part of the infotainment system. Very annoying to operate. You have to control everyting from the touch screen. The other bad thing is BMW's need to electrify the folding and moving of the 2nd and 3rd row. If its raining, youre pretty much standing in the rain for 30 seconds as the seats move around to let you in the third row. I have 22"'s and it rides pretty smooth, was expecting a harder ride.
