I was a little hesitant on purchasing something like this without actually seeing or driving it in person, but Henry went the extra mile Facetiming me on the vehicle walk around and putting the deal together. In addition, I had the vehicle shipped to my driveway, and Henry stuck with me all the way! The shipper did an excellent job, and the Lincoln arrived fully detailed, and as described. This isn't the way I would normally purchase a vehicle, but Ogden Lincoln, Henry, and Jack made it a fantastic experience. I purchased a used car, but received the new car treatment which was the frosting on the cake! Thank you Ogden Lincoln, Henry, and Jack! It looks awesome, sounds awesome, behaves like my M8 did, except it's larger and more trunk space, very ergonomic, and visually impressive inide out. Thank you for making my car-buying experience outstanding! Sorry, Nick in Finance, I’m giving you a one star. I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.
2023 BMW XM review
This car is absolutely stunning I’ve owned mine for a year now and I love every single bit of it. The interior is 10/10 everything’s comfortable and high quality and even tiniest details like the seatbelt and the sunvisor is amazing quality, they really put thought in every decision designing this car. The exterior design is controversial but I love it, the interior design is simply perfect. Performance wise it’s absolutely amazing, getting launched from 0-60 in 3 seconds in an X7 sized vehicle is an incredible experience. BMW’s used to be unreliable but the new ones are more reliable than Honda, including this one! I absolutely love this car and the only slight downside is the depreciation but, most high end cars have that issue.

I recently purchased my 2019 Audi RS5 from this dealership, The salesman who helped me was an Ethos super-friendly and helpful guy, who was the ONLY guy who came up to me and talked to me about the car. The buying experience was a little bumpy with not getting the price that we wanted for our traded-in 2018 Audi Q5 we had to work out a fair offer for it, on the finance side of things we got helped out pretty well but we wished that they had printed all the paperwork out for us instead od just sending us an email of 53 pages of finance work. The car drives great its a beast but the first week we had it the check engine light went on due to the gas cap sensor, and i also got unlucky with a screw in my back tire which cost me $500+ but that wasnt the dealers fault overall this dealership is good service but just wished we could have gotten more for our trade in as well as my car having no issues with it.
