I purchased a used vehicle with an as-is condition status. The service engine light came on three days after purchase. I contacted the dealership and they made a good will one-time exception and fixed the problem. First class!
We wanted to purchase a new car using the Costco Auto Program; the "authorized Chevy dealer" for Denver is John Elway Chevrolet. Our Elway sales representative - Tyler Brown - made this the most painless car-buying experience my wife and I have had (over about four decades of car purchases). We were interested in two Chevy models (Volt and Bolt); Tyler had both ready to test drive when we first arrived at the dealership and was very knowledgable about the operation and available options of both. Over the next week, he patiently answered all of our questions, and searched far and wide (even the inventory still in transit) to find exactly the configuration we were interested in. When we arrived to take delivery of our 2019 Chevy Bolt, Tyler had all of the details taken care of (battery was charged, car was detailed, paperwork was ready to sign, and our "Bolt 101 familiarization lesson" from Dylan Fiske was queued up). The whole delivery process was very organized, and my wife and I were both impressed with how smoothly and quickly things proceeded. Eric Williams made the financing side of the transaction very straightforward as well. Thanks Tyler, Dylan, and Eric -- and everyone else we interacted with at Elway Chevrolet! We'll certainly be back when it's time for another car!
My Smart car needed to go to the dealership on a recall matter. I live in Greeley and do not take the smart car out on the highways, and was terrified of having to drive it to Westminster. I was put in touch with Linda, and she was so nice and helpful. She told me they would have a driver come and get my Smart car and leave me a loaner car, then return my car to Greeley when the work was done. Linda orchestrated it all so conveniently for me. She far exceeded my expectations!! Thank you Linda
I really, really liked the no-haggle car shopping experience at Planet Honda. I've gone through the high-pressure sales pitch thing before at other places, and it is not for me. Instead, at Planet Honda we had a very helpful and knowledgeable representative (thanks, Brian D.!) who was extremely patient with us as we tried to decide between used and new, different models, and so on. Brian went out of his way to help us find the right car that fit our needs and budget. This was the best car-shopping experience I've had - no pressure, just helpful, excellent customer service.

I' e had several dealing with Stephen Palko and the Richebach Infinti service department over the last few months. I have to say that the service has been exceptional. Stephen goes above and beyond with me and others I've seen and talked to in the waiting room. He is a true asset to the organization and a good reason to do business with Richenbach Infiniti.

One of the best experiences in the buying process was to work with Mariah Hittle, the BMW Genius. She took her time to explain all the features of my new BMW and there were many. She knew the features used by most people and set the initial settings to my liking. The key was the follow-up visit two weeks later to go over issues that were not covered or that needed further explaining. Thanks Mariah!
I purchased a 2016 X1 that was a loaner for the dealership. Sean Wingo was my sales person and he did a great job making sure that the car delivery was perfect. Thanks for all of your help! I was then connected with Mariah Hittle, the BMW Genius. She really is a Genius. She took us through all of the amazing features of our new X1. She was patient and informative. This is a really nice follow-up feature that Gebhardt provides to insure that you are getting the most out of your BMW investment. This our second BMW, my wife drive an X5. We love both of these cars.
They are awesome! We live in Denver but we go all the way to Boulder just because they are incredibly helpful and nice. We work with Joel who is amazing, and was pretty much the only reason we went all the way to Boulder, but the more we go we get to see that everyone there is super friendly and nice (Rafa). They even help us set up the kids car seats. I mean who does that?!! Thank you guys!! Even thought we don't want anything to be wrong with our car, we do look forward to stopping by and working with you! :)
Mariah was our BMW Genius. We have owned many BMW's, 320i, 528i, 633csi, and have enjoyed all of them! Our newest acquisition of the 335i x drive was a technological masterpiece! Mariah was excellent in giving us instruction to successfully master the vehicle!
