I had an excellent experience working with JR. His customer service truly went above and beyond from start to finish. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I always knew the status of my car. Communication was clear, timely, and professional, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the effort he put into making sure everything was handled properly. I would highly recommend JR to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

Excellent engineering and styling in the '26 M5 Touring. Excellent handling. Missing are massaging seats and soft close doors for a vehicle in this price range. Wish there were softer suspension options. Beautiful vehicle and the Touring turns heads, as does the sedan

I want to take a moment and thank the guys at this BMW Service Center for the amazing experience. They listened to me when I was stressed about the sudden noise my vehicle was making, they paid to have a tow truck sent all the way to Conyers, and they found the issue I was so concerned about. I will come to this BMW location forever, and so will my kid. Special thanks to the Manager Patrick C., and the Advisors David G. and Trevor D. who coordinated everything from start to finish. Customer for life.

2021 BMW X6 review
Second X6. Very comfortable and confident auto. Tried others - Mercedes, Land Rover and came away wanting the X6 again. Nice and tight, full of more functions than truly necessary and safety is evident. I look for every opportunity to drive this vehicle and I have enjoyed every mile. No surprises. It just does what it is supposed to do - very comfortably!

2018 BMW X2 review
My x drive diesel gives me 14.5 - 15km per liter which is exceptional and handles like a sports car. Run flats are hard but not an issue. There seems to be a issue with the engine mountings as both x2 cars I had and have, have had to have them replaced with the new design engine mountings. No major issues.

Athens BMW review
This has been by far the best car buying experience I’ve encountered. We were welcomed in and taken care of in every aspect of the deal. Even with the hiccups the sales manager and finance faced with getting us a good structure, they pushed for me and in the end everyone was happy. I will refer any and everyone I know to Athens BMW from here on out. I really thank this team that made it happen for us meaning the way I needed it done. Barry( the salesman) and Richie( sales manager) has really shaped how I will purchase BMWs in the future in a positive way. Very knowable! Everyone was patient, willing, informed, and respectful! You want a BMW and want to work with a team that has your best interest at heart all while still selling, ATHENS BMW is the place to go and ask for Barry.

I came in just to look, didn't have any specific model in mind, I met Jerrand Rego and he was great, showed me a couple of models, gave me all the info on them and made sure I had enough information that I could make a decision when I was ready to buy! Will definitely come back to buy a car from him.

Hendrick BMW review
I arrived early for my appointment and I was greeted, as usual with a smile. Sal Seck was smiling, joyful and let me know that it was okay to be there early. Sal was a true professional. We had a conversation about the items that I saw effecting my car. He always takes his time explaining what they saw or did not see. He asked if I wanted to see the genius staff and I stated yes. I spoke to Cooper M who sat in my car going over the items that were not operating well. He took action and demonstrated functions in the car. Re-Connected my phone to the car. Cooper answered all of my questions. Finally, I spoke to the tire specialist Joe, and he took the time to provide pricing for my tires and looked at the tires to explain that they were not seasonal but run flats. He was basically in teaching mode about the tires! This Hendrick BMW dealership is always comfortable, the staff are always pleasant, and they have tasty snacks. The wait is usually a brief one and I never mind waiting.

Chung was very helpful at my last visit for service on my Accord. There was a lot of work to be done and he kept checking in the progress and kept me informed while I waited. Thanks.

BMW of West Chester (PA)Reviews
BMW of West Chester (PA) review
I just purchased a 2023 BMW i4 M50 from Justice Mogano at BMW of WestChester and I couldn't be happier with my decision. My salesman, Justice Mogano was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions, plus explained all the features and benefits of the i4. He also followed up with me after the purchase to make sure I was satisfied and had no issues with the car. He is a great salesman and I highly recommend him and BMW of West Chester to anyone looking for a new BMW. Overall, I am very happy with my 2023 BMW i4 M50 Thank you, Justice Mogano and BMW of West Chester , for making my car buying experience a smooth and enjoyable one.

Jodyann provided great service in all areas. The guys on the other hand that was at their desk was rude upon arrival. We had a speak and they still just looked. That?s terrible being that this is what we see once we walk in the facility.

2024 BMW X5 review
I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.
