I’ve never been in a BMW dealership before and was very pleasantly surprised. Seems to me the sales people are a “ cut or two” above the typical car salesman. I worked with Eric and Art on a purchase of a used vehicle. No pressure, not pushy, and no BS. We agreed on terms and price and my wife and I left as very happy customers.
I was looking to trade in my aging Porsche 911. Rick Balas was our salesman and he made the trade and purchase "happen." The process was fair and enjoyable. Everyone we encountered was professional and courteous. Additionally, they were knowledgeable.
James Callender met us and guided us through the process of selecting a Forester. Then, he kept us posted as the car we specially ordered was prepared and shipped to Ganley. When the day of delivery came, James and Jim in finance efficiently processed our purchase, and I was off...very excited to have my comfy Subaru! I love the feel and the visibility it allows while driving. A big hit, al in all.
I found a BMW that checked off the majority of the features I was looking for, but it was 4 hours south. I reached out to verify the availability and John Romell was the first person to respond to me. John was sure fast to respond to any of my email questions and we talked on the phone to arrange for the sale and delivery. John was very helpful in making the process smooth and pain free.

I have purchased Cars from Cain since 1989, This latest purchase was for a special order of a BMW 430i coupe, The entire process was great from start to finish. They timed the purchase to come in prior to my lease being done within a few weeks, so it worked out perfect. As in my past purchase experiences, the entire sales staff was great to work with. Between my wife and I this is the 8th BMW that we have purchased from Cain. I would not think to work with another dealer. John and Charlie were great to work with, as is the service department.
My warning came on and I called the service department questions ning the meaning and need for repair. I was able to bring my car in then and waited about 45 mins while the battery was changed. The coffee in the waiting room was delicious! Of course the repair was done efficiently and properly.
The dealership was very responsive in reaching out to me about a used car I had inquired about. They set up a time to come see the vehicle the next day and were very flexible in seeing me close to closing time. Overall the dealership was ok, but the used car building definitely was not as nice as the Buick GMC dealership building. Overall they were quick with responses and although I didn't buy a car through them, they assisted me well in all my questions.
