It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. Rick Gross was our salesperson. He did a wonderful job explaining every aspect of our purchase. Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the team at BMW. They ran into an issue when replacing the spark plugs in my can and informed me very quickly that they would take care of everything and provide me with a great loaner car until my repairs were perfect. They overnighted the needed parts at no cost to me and did a great job. My car runs great and I am very pleased!

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

HUGE selection of cars. They have a row of just luxury and sport cars. The prices may be a little bit on the upper end, but overall a great dealership.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Had an amazing experience. Completely different from anywhere else I've been. The staff was genuinely helpful, not pushy, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Had three different sales people contact me .Found out that I am a second class person when it came down to the loan since I had joint car payment already With the wife she would need to sign as well . Not the dealerships fault just I wanted to buy one for myself without the wife’s consent she was not willing .

Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.

This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.
