The dealer determined the car needed expensive work so they took the vehicle to auction. There was no other car I was interested in. The dealership stayed in consistent contact with me to keep me up to date.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

My husband & I, both in our mid-seventies, recently purchased a 2025 Mini Cooper. Its technology systems are far, far more sophisticated than what was available on the 2016 Mini we traded in. When we saw that a software update was available we tried to figure out how to go about accomplishing that update, but found outselves stuck. We knew that if we headed to Mini of Montgomery we’d get some help with the update. We were lucky enough to be graciously & skillfully assisted by Jay Duck. With incredible patience, Jay walked us through how to accomplish the software update, pausing patiently while I jotted down notes so we’d know how to handle the next update. Jay also took the time to help us explore & understand other aspects of the new Mini’s impressive technology. I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

I've bought this 2008 328xi and now has around 200k millage on it and stills driving amazing, good driving feeling, nice stylish and the engine stills showing good power, it has been needing some love, like regular maintenance but not major or really expensive problems or repairs at the end of the day.

This has been a great car, I traded a 15 320i for this. Overall handling, power and fuel economy has been top notch. I've been averaging about 40mpg even in heavy traffic. Accelerator response is quick when needed.

This has been my preferred dealership since I’ve owned my 2019 QX60 and I’ve posted a glowing Google review prior to today but I’m leaving another glowing review today. This morning I was leaving for work and my truck wouldn’t start even though my battery is a month old. I called the Service Center and was able to head straight there after jump starting my vehicle. After a thorough diagnostic we could pinpoint the issue or identify any computer codes pointing to the issue and instead of charging me for some random work or trying to make up reasons to perform work just to earn money, Ty Robinson (this is the service rep I always go to) was completely honest and has never steered me wrong when it comes to my vehicle. He kept me updated and informed and he’s always professional. I got a few minor things done since I was there anyway but really appreciated that, just like prior visits, I’m treated very well whether I spend a ton of money or none at all. I should point out that the dealership facility is very welcoming and comfortable—I prefer to come here even though I live closer to the Annapolis dealership. At the point where I don’t mind waiting a few hours for my vehicle instead of heading home (they offer complimentary Uber), that really says something.

Car does everything. The only thing that this car cannot do is fly. The BMW seven series is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend anyone to take it for a drive and you’re sold.

I've had three 2015 X1's. Drove the wheels off one, one got stolen and on my third. Love this car! So economical and the gps is off satellite, not cell tower. Get maps ANYWHERE, for life. I only have 72k on it and will be my last vehicle.

When I walk in the door with no appointment I was greeted by Baker who was very professional and polite. I informed him about the car that I was interested in and he gave all the details, Carfax information and explained all components from the beginning until I left. Finance went extremely smooth I was in and out. It’s no words that I can explain about Jessica like I said early I felt like I known her for years. I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.

He listened and worked hard to get me the car I was looking for.... of course I did my research to know what I was looking for .... and more importantly, he found the car at the price I was looking for! 5 stars to Michael! Make sure he’s the person you use to find you the right car for the right price! He was very patient, professional and mindful! I also appreciate the length Carmax agreed to go to to ensure I was satisfied with the Vehicle to fix needed repairs. I give them 3.5-4 stars for that. I did not like the loaner car that Service put me... it was not good to borer line okay.

This car is simply beautiful, spacious, unique color. It is gorgeous inside out. You don't see too many BMWs this color so I think it is unique color. It has one of the smoothest ride, which I find a plus for long trips. Love it!

Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.
