2025 Subaru Forester review
Bought this car and took off for a 2000miles trip so learned along the way, Not a speed demon but enough to get into traffic and gas mileage is great...over 30 on highway. my only complaint was I couldn't see during a bad storm because the center screen was so bright it was blinding me and had to turn it off. I have over 15000miles on it and owned for over a year and I would buy another one,

2024 Subaru Forester review
the forester sport is very reliable get 26 mpg on most of my daily commutes. Drives great in the winter (even though I have the same tires they came with). Traveling in it on road trips are great, 31 mpg using the cruise control and lane assist. It's not a very fast SUV but it honestly worth it. I tend to speed, but it's not something that actually bothers me. I was worried it would be too sluggish. I picked the forester for my road trips, and extra stuff I drive with.

2024 Mitsubishi Outlander review
Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

2018 Toyota Camry review
I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

2023 Subaru Forester review
Overall, at 60k miles, I’ve had no problems and am very happy. I average around 34 mpg’s with mixed driving. I’m happy with the acceleration as well, even though Subaru’s without a turbo are sometimes labeled as slow. I have no problem merging onto highways. The Forester is an easy to live with SUV/car. The rear room is adequate, although the CRV offers about 10 cubic feet more rear capacity. Visibility is excellent. The CVT is smooth and has simulated shifts, just make sure you change the fluid every 30k! I own the Limited with leather seats that are very comfortable. Sometimes the response time on the radio/touch screen can feel a little delayed. I also opted for the dimming driver/rear view mirrors which is great during winter commuting. It saves your eyes from glare. Very view cars offer this which is why I went with the Subaru. My only “major” complaint with the car is a slight rattle coming from the dash board area. It isn’t always there, but is present enough to bother me. Aside from that it is an excellent vehicle and value for the money!

I'm not a person that is in the habit of leaving reviews. Mainly because the customer service I receive most places isn't worth me taking the time to write a review, but this dealership is the exception in every way. There is no way I could not write a review. This review is a little long but if you're considering purchasing a Nissan you want to read this review. I just purchased a 2022 Nissan Versa from this dealership. It was important to me to purchase the car this weekend because I needed it to travel out of town this coming week. I live in Baltimore MD and originally planned to purchase the car in Baltimore. I had been told by a local Baltimore dealer he would have a Versa on his lot by Friday 3/4/2022. I planned to be there bright and early the morning of the 4th to pick it up. However, the evening of the 3rd, the salesman called to tell me the ETA had changed and it would be another week before the Versa would arrive. I was so disappointed because I could not wait another week, I needed a car now. Plus I was sick of car shopping. I knew what I wanted and I just wanted to buy my car and be done with the whole process! It had taken me a long time to find that car and I knew it wouldn't be easy to find another one that would be available immediately due to the car shortage. And I was right. I couldn't find another Versa in the entire state of MD so I started searching in VA. I called several dealerships in Va, but no one had anything in stock. The earliest ETA I was given was mid April. I was starting to give up hope of finding my car this weekend. Just when I had almost given up hope, I got a call from the Sales Manager Muhammed known as Mo. of Passport Nissan on South Pickett St. Mo told me he had been told by one of his salesmen whose name was also Muhammed that I was looking for a Versa. I said yes I am. He said, well I have one in stock. I said, when you say you have one in stock does that mean its on your lot? He said yes mam I'm looking at it! Then I asked him for an out-the-door-price. The price he gave me was $1400 less that what the dealer in Baltimore was going to sale it to me for! When he gave me the out-the-door price I almost screamed! And when I got off the phone I did scream! I knew I was being ripped off by the Baltimore dealership but I really wanted the car right away so I was willing to pay, but God had other plans! I am a strong woman of faith. I believe God let the ETA change at the Baltimore dealership to lead me to Mo! Mo did not rip me off. He was very honest and fair in his pricing. After he gave me the price I said hold that car don't let go to anyone else and that's exactly what he did! But that's not all he did. When I told him I was traveling from Baltimore to Va by train to pick up the car, he had Muhammed the Salesman drive all the way from the dealership to Union Station in Washington DC to pick me up, IN MY NEW CAR!!!! I was so excited!! Muhammed was very kind. He not only picked me up but let me make a stop on the way back to the dealership. We talked and laughed all the way back. And once I arrived at the dealership I was treated like a queen. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture. This dealership is a true example of what it means to not only provide excellent customer service but to also go the extra mile in every way. Honest fair pricing, and excellent customer service! I am so impressed with their service I am considering driving to Virginia to have my car serviced there instead of in Baltimore where I live. If you want a dealership that is honest and fair in pricing and will give you excellent service, I HIGHLY recommend you purchase your vehicle at Passport Nissan 150 S. Pickett St Alexandria Va. I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. 2023 Nissan Rogue review

2023 Nissan Rogue review
I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

Hi, I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The customer experience was fabulous! The guy at the front desk was polite, patient and very helpful. He mentioned it's a busy day (Saturday) for servicing and it might take 2 hours. I wasn't happy about waiting around. However, he came and found me after 45 minutes and said my car was ready. I was a happy customer! The waiting area is very impressive. They have vending machines with food and drinks for purchase. As I ran out of the house before eating breakfast so having vending machines with healthy food was a great experience. The facility where you wait is clean and roomy with TV's and comfortable chairs. I'll be back for sure when my car needs servicing.
2021 Mazda CX-9 review
I absolutely love this car, its so comfortable so luxurious, such a nice smooth ride, powerful and spacious! I owned it for over a year, my only complaint, it didn't get very good gas mileage as I drove mostly around town. I averaged 24mpg around town, and about 28mpg on the highway. If it had gotten better gas mileage I would have kept it forever!

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

2018 Honda Accord review
You have to get the 2.0T and not the 1.5L. They hold way higher values while also being an absolute blast to drive with a large aftermarket community for this vehicle. Mine was totaled in a hailstorm, and after quite a bit of reserch this is the only vehicle I would buy again.

2018 Subaru WRX review
This car has been nothing short of a pleasure to own. Its so much fun to drive, handles well, pulls hard, and just puts a smile on my face all the time. Its practical with good storage space and good back seat room. The AWD system on the car is great and offers endless grip. The car does have its quirks, it is a little noisy on the highway (wind noise), and the interior quality is just so-so (materials aren't bad, but aren't great either), and there are a couple of creaks and rattles. Even so, this vehicle has been great.

2017 Nissan Rogue review
Don’t know why people hate Nissans with CVT. Now that I’ve lived with the CVT with 140,000 miles I know I wouldn’t buy another one, but it’s been just fine, no issues. This isn’t a sporty vehicle but for 8 years and 140k miles it gets the job done every time. I just don’t get the hatred towards these cars. I do have AWD but if I were to do it over I’d drop that option. It’s expensive to maintain and truthfully I don’t go outside when the weather is bad anyway so I doubt the AWD feature has ever engaged, not even once. I plan to keep my vehicle for 10 years then get a minivan.

i have a 2015 Lexus GS 350 f sport crafted line version. all i have to say is this: this car is beautiful, reliable, fast, comfy everything you look for in a car. best purchase ever. the only caveat: watch out for the brakes and tires on the F sport version you'll be replacing them a little more frequently than normal. Overall a 9.5 out of 10.

First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.
