Great car. Comfortable ride, lots of room, good appointments. Has been very reliable with no issues needing repair. I wish it got better mileage, it it does hold 7 passengers and is a large and heavy vehicle. So I can’t have everything!!!
Took my car in to the dealership and spoke with Sam.
He took care of me right away and pointed out the customer lounge where I could wait while my car was being serviced.
The vehicle was service promptly and a nice car wash was provided as well.
Very happy .
Purchased May 2018, with only 7,000 miles on it.

The best riding vehicle we have ever owned! Because of its size it is a little rough on the gas mileage but I am willing to pay that for the ride and comfort!
I purchased my vehicle from them over three years ago (which was a wonderful experience) and only go to this dealer for my services and repairs (prices are reasonable). The facility is clean and the people who work there are friendly and helpful. It also a bonus that it's close to a mall that I can walk to if I don't want to stay at the dealership while my car is being worked on. They will call me if there are any issues or when my car is ready. If I do stay, the lounge area is big with a nice size tv. There are free refreshments available.

Working pretty good for my wife. She has been asking for a Buick and now she has what she wanted. I am quite impressed with the luxury
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Very comfortable and good ride on cross country trips. The exterior and interior both look good. Plenty of room for passengers and luggage.
The navigation system is not good. Small screen, and not intuitive to program. Will only accept Mt not mount when that is in the name. Maps not up to date when new, expensive to update.
Great service team. Car done as promised within quite. Car was washed and vacuumed . Nice experience . I would recommend them to anyone in need.

Purchased a 2019 Buick Enclave in October and immediately experienced transmission surging going downhill in our driveway. Dec 20, 2018, could not go over 27 mph nor shift gears. Towed by dealer and now awaiting a new transmission (told if available) from N. Dakota. Hope not to go the Lemon Law route!
Taken my GMC Acadia to this location for more than 2 years and been very happy with work and service. Honesty is their best asset

This vehicle has exceeded all of my needs. It is has lots of leg room, comfortable seats that cradle my lumbar region, and so many cool features! It has navigation, Bose 10 speaker sound system, and it integrated my iPhone! It rides smoothly and has a lot of safety features like lane deterrent, side and overhead air bags, back up assist camera, and prevents roll over! It is dark sapphire blue with black interior with leather ! Gorgeous inside and out!!! Absolutely love this SUV!!!
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. This vehicle is very comfortable, good ride and handling. GPM are kinda low, about 19 MPG. The V6 is under powered. Lots of room. We have AWD and it gets around really well in the snow.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Love the roominess, looks and all of the features with the Premium package. Went from a Cadillac SRX to this vehicle with no regrets at all.
After I was low balled by KBB, I decided to sell my car privately. Carvana made me a fair market value price. The process was easy, quick and enjoyable. I truly recommend them.

I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
