Courteous and accommodating. I told them of the vehicle i was interested in and the price i could afford. They found the vehicle with the package i could afford, and just a few hours later, we had a done deal. My next vehicle will be from Hardin.
3 weeks later i ran into a minor paperwork issue and Paul was able to get me brand-new dealer paperwork without a hassle. Above and beyond after the deal was done. I recommend him to everyone who asks about my new truck.

John Morgan and Jim Keys were both fantastic to work with! Their customer service was outstanding, and even though I didn't get some of the features I thought I had to have, working with them was so enjoyable at the end of the day, I didn't care as much as I would have. I really appreciate the hard work they put in, but more than that, they treated my husband and I like friends. I came in with my wife before the Labor day weekend rush. I was interested in a Encore I saw online. I was greeted by John Morgan and he lead me to my salesperson. He made sure that I was taken care of and got the deal I was looking for on the Encore. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I needed this car for my daughter, before she went off for college. This by far was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever done. I recommend you check out Hardin Buick GMC for your next vehicle purchase.
This is our second Yukon we got from this dealer. We shopped around with other dealers thru email (internet dept), most of them if not all them, tried to get us to the go to their dealer, (we really dislike the car shopping experience at the dealers), they were very vague with their emails, but Robert Adams (Internet Mgr Penske Cerritos) was again the most responsive in a timely manner and accurate answering our questions and giving us a quote. Everything was done thru email and text. After we agreed by email, we went to the dealer, Abed helped us out with the return of the previous lease and took care of everything, handed in the keys of the new one, showed it to us, we signed all the paperwork and out we were on the way back home in a couple of hours. Very smooth and hassle-free experience.
Yeah okay, I saw the reviews, read them, and figured its just another persons opinion. I wanted to buy a new car and sales was able to answer all my concerns but my credit wasn't where it should be to buy. But, the salesperson next to me had a customer who was relentless. She was demanding items that the sales person tried to appease. That customer was rude and in some cases harassed the sales person. Sales person stayed calm, never raised her voice. The abusive customer walked out but not because of how she was treated by the dealership. Personally, I will come here when my credit is better.

I am impressed with personalized response of sales team. I am looking for a particular used car and have not yet found the right one. I can only speak for the initial follow up response which is prompt and courteous. The only negative is the unnecessary sales emails that have nothing to do with my search. I also could not rate 4 of 5 areas due to above mentioned reasons, but a 5 star to date

We had the cash. We were in the "Camp Fire" and lost everything. Drove twice to Tustin from Sacramento. Once to shop and once to buy. Had financing set up, gave sales the information so they could deal with the credit union to settle finances before we arrived. They totally dropped the ball. We had driven eight hours to pick up a car and the sales manager demanded our Social Security number even though we were paying in cash. $26K that evening and the residual today. He wanted us to spend the night or until the credit union opened on Monday as he didn't want to work with us. The sales person was next to tears and my 74 yr old wife was fried with how we were treated. He was proud in how he treated us. Based on the short version above, I can't recommend working with AutoNation Ford Tustin.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Christian Montes was a really helpful car salesman! I really enjoyed buying a car from him! If it wasn’t for him I would still be in an old car but I’m glad I was able to get my Chevy Cruze for a very affordable price!
