This is our second Yukon we got from this dealer. We shopped around with other dealers thru email (internet dept), most of them if not all them, tried to get us to the go to their dealer, (we really dislike the car shopping experience at the dealers), they were very vague with their emails, but Robert Adams (Internet Mgr Penske Cerritos) was again the most responsive in a timely manner and accurate answering our questions and giving us a quote. Everything was done thru email and text. After we agreed by email, we went to the dealer, Abed helped us out with the return of the previous lease and took care of everything, handed in the keys of the new one, showed it to us, we signed all the paperwork and out we were on the way back home in a couple of hours. Very smooth and hassle-free experience.
Courteous and accommodating. I told them of the vehicle i was interested in and the price i could afford. They found the vehicle with the package i could afford, and just a few hours later, we had a done deal. My next vehicle will be from Hardin.
3 weeks later i ran into a minor paperwork issue and Paul was able to get me brand-new dealer paperwork without a hassle. Above and beyond after the deal was done. I recommend him to everyone who asks about my new truck.

John Morgan and Jim Keys were both fantastic to work with! Their customer service was outstanding, and even though I didn't get some of the features I thought I had to have, working with them was so enjoyable at the end of the day, I didn't care as much as I would have. I really appreciate the hard work they put in, but more than that, they treated my husband and I like friends. I am in online marketing and was extremely impressed with how John and Jim run the dealership and would happily and without hesitation send friends and family to them for help!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. We had the cash. We were in the "Camp Fire" and lost everything. Drove twice to Tustin from Sacramento. Once to shop and once to buy. Had financing set up, gave sales the information so they could deal with the credit union to settle finances before we arrived. They totally dropped the ball. We had driven eight hours to pick up a car and the sales manager demanded our Social Security number even though we were paying in cash. $26K that evening and the residual today. He wanted us to spend the night or until the credit union opened on Monday as he didn't want to work with us. The sales person was next to tears and my 74 yr old wife was fried with how we were treated. He was proud in how he treated us. Based on the short version above, I can't recommend working with AutoNation Ford Tustin.
I came here to buy a car well over a year ago now.
When I walked into Future Auto Sales, I was greeted by a salesman who didn't seem like he was pushing to sell me a car, and really wanted to make sure I got the exact car I wanted. Both Jesse and the owner of the dealership, I believe Arthur was his name, are extremely nice and helpful. By the end of the day, I left with my car and felt like I had make a few friends. Furthermore, they've even given me great deals on oil changes, which is great because I live so close by. If you're considering this dealership, I highly recommend it!
I just bought my wonderful certified preowned Nissan Maxima from Nissan Universal City. I really enjoy my car and I want to say my "thank you" to my sale person Zury and to the sales manager Mike Saklawe. These guys were incredible! Without them this purchase would not be possible - the car was really a bit too pricy for me, but Make was able to arrange for a very comfortable payment. Zury was very helpful and professional as well, there was no high pressure, but Zury made me feel very welcome, she made sure that I would find a car that I really like, she was able to accommodate my schedule and provide for a very smooth and pleasant car purchase experience.
