Got great service from Jeff Gilly, explained thoroughly about the Renegade showing all the options it had, answered all my questions, Gave me time to consult with my Daughter and son so that I made the right decision. I didnt feel pressured and they knew from get go I would walk if I needed to. I was greeted by everyone and made to feel like a valued customer. They detailed my vehicle as I waited but of course once you wash your vehicle it will rain and rain it did lol. Now to get used to driving this one.

Chad and Sheri were great! Firestone in Newport, KY are dishonest. It was suggested that I go to Performance Honda by my close friend. Performance Honda fixed what Firestone tried to mess up. I will NEVER go back to Firestone in Newport, Kentucky.P H will be my go to from now on. Word of mouth, they are worth the drive. Performance Honda in Fairfield, Ohio. This Tuesday we took a truck purchased for transfer safe service . The truck would not start for the service people to work on it .Dub came and we said fix whatever needs fixing . The service had to have bed of truck removed to work on one of the oil filters . It was going to take a few days . The service people drove us home which is about 50 miles . When it was finished Dub called and said he would send a car to pick up husband so I wouldn’t have to make the drive to pick truck and have 2 cars on the road. Let me say this is the most comprehensive car place. We have bought several cars from Everett and the whole process from buying to service is second to none .
