The interior is spacious, Beautifully styled interior. The exterior is nicely styled. The middle console is small. The infotainment center is easy to use once you learn how.

Love this car, however there is a Blind Spot (on passenger side) when making a turn, caused by windshield frame and side mirror together. Very dangerous.

Beautiful car but get the 6cyl or you’ll be disappointed with its lack of power. The Lacrosse is the perfect cross between luxury and sport. Great comfort, excellent sound system, quiet ride, quick acceleration, tight road handling. The plethora of technology takes about two weeks to adapt but soon becomes second nature. Reasonable economy/gas mileage. The touch technology for temperature control is a bit awkward. I had my lacrosse checked by my mechanics and got a thumbs up. This is my 6th Buick, it continues to please just remember to get the 6 cylinder

Checked in immediately by Henry and car taken for service. Luis Prada made sure that the recall procedure was done promptly and efficiently and provided me with a loaner vehicle for the few hours to procedure took. Luis called me when the car was ready and it was returned washed and cleaned. There was no way Luis could have provided better service...that is why I continue to service my vehicles at Herb Gordon and buy my new ones there. Service counts. I can buy a Subaru multiple places but Herb Gordon (in this case Luis Prada) service excels.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

Recently bought an 04 limited with 132 thousand miles. Very clean inside and out. Runs like a newer car and I average 23mpg driving around Columbia South Carolina. I have never gotten above 25 mpg highway with her but she sure rides fine. Rear shocks replaced with coil overs. Leather interior ( silver or gray ) still very very nice. Headliner needs redone. Exterior ( silver ) still very clean. Some instrumentation lights will need replaced. Now has 140 thousand miles in 4 months and still a great car.

it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

My experience with Shereen could not have been better. She put me at ease from our first interaction all the way until I received my keys. Not only did she assist with a complex lease buy out, she truly went out of her way to make sure I was driving home with the best car I could find. I ended up with a 2019 Volvo XC60 that I love just as much as the service I received from Sheeren. I live around 2 hours away from the dealership but I will continue to make the drive and recommend you do the same, she is worth it!

I bought (11/30/2022) the car used from a reputable dealer and within a month I had to replace the transmission. The transmission cooler lines were broken, and it was only half full of coolant. Thankfully, I purchased the extended warranty. Otherwise, I'd be looking at a repair bill of $5000. One last note, I find it strange that I had brought the car for service several times and no one noticed it or felt it? The car would not go over 4K RPM. They also told me I could only drive the car around the dealership parking lot. Never trust a car salesman's word rings true! Back to the car, very smooth ride, lots of power with a smooth auto trans. ventilated cooled and heated seats, heated steering wheel, crash protection automation with automatic braking, large panoramic sunroofs, BOSE......................

I can't write too much about this vehicle. The shop has had it longer than me. There seems to be an "out of balance" kind of shake when the vehicle reaches about 25 MPH. I have no doubt that the service team will find and correct the problem. I purchased this vehicle based on the fact that my mother had a Somerset and lent it to me for a week. That car was very comfortable and I knew this Enclave would live up to those standards. The SUV comfort was off the charts compared to that Somerset. For the short time I have driven it, I was pleased. I hope the shop finds the problem soon. I miss the comfort

I came to them with very poor credit, and little understanding of my options, and they talked me through everything without making me feel embarrassed about the state of my credit. William in sales worked diligently to get me the best possible loan available, even after I had agreed to a higher loan with one company, he worked hard and surprised me the day I showed up to sign the papers with a better loan from a different company. I say this to show how he, and all his associates, went above and beyond without me asking to make sure I had the best experience and terms possible. William was also very upfront and honest about where the used car I bought came from and what it was missing (particularly a hex key) and was an absolute pleasure to do business with, never once did I feel pressured during the buying processes, and we actually had a lot of laughs together. I also want to give a shout out to Ronnie who made the signing processes on the day of as smooth as possible, and was just generally a nice gentleman to talk to. I would 100% do business with them again, and would/will recommend them to any family and friends in the future. Was worried that other review might sound like innuendo and am clarifying: I meant that driving around with the heated and cooled seats and outlets and cupholders everywhere feels like you are in an uptown living room or flying business class more than driving. Also this is not an ad for anything but a slightly used car.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

This is by far the best car for your money, I bought this car used with almost 40k miles and now it’s at 110k miles in about a year and a half. I drive 100-300 miles a day and this car gets around the same gas mileage as my old Hyundai sonata. This car is driven through heavy traffic in Washington DC and the rural countryside on a daily basis and can handle just about anything. This car drives and feels like a Mercedes S class. I travel around the area and I couldn’t think of a more comfortable car to do my job in. I never have to worry about reliability. The only con with this car is that an oil change is about $120 wherever you go (DC Area) and my fog light was knocked out by heavy snow ($25 part). If you’re researching you should definitely buy this car.

My wife and I are retired, and wanted to trade our pickup in on a new SUV. With so many models out there, we decided to do a lot of research prior to the test drive. After considering several models from different manufacturers, we decided to look at the Buick Envision and the GMC Terrain. Both of these models were comparable in many ways, but, the deciding factors were the overall looks, the engine and the ride. We found the Envision provided the room, looks, performance and price we were looking for. We opted for the black ST package, and so far, no disappointments.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Bought this car after much research and found it had been on the market for 2 years in Europe as an Opel Astra. Would normally not buy a new model first year. Other than regular maintenance and some known issues, I’ve been extremely pleased. Today at 55k miles, it still feels an drives just as solid as it did many years ago. The oils burning issue has been a known problem of which I have not experienced. Overall I’m very satisfied with this vehicle and look forward to running it for many more years!

I bought a 2021 Toyota Corolla from them with no pressure, they kept me updated on the service of the vehicle, and to top it all off my tags came in quick! I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.
