I worked with Kevin from First TX Honda when I started inquiring about a specific car in Aug 2018. Two other area dealerships contacted me as well but stopped. Kevin was following up with calls and emails monthly letting me know their deals which caught my eye. He did not get to the point of annoying. Very responsive and gave me answers right away on what I was going to pay for my car plus TTL. With that info against other dealerships, I could negotiate until my husband and I were ready to buy a car this month (Nov). Kevin wasn???t too pushy, very friendly & professional and was definitely patient with us. He didn???t give up on us at all. We are very happy with our purchase of a 2018 Honda Accord Sport 2.0T. I was closely working with another dealership during the time of negotiation going back & forth and almost left where we previously bought our older car but First TX won out. They gave us exactly what we wanted and literally came down to color & mileage. Mike Broderick, the Team Lead, was great too and definitely gives great sales pitches!! Charlie Baldwin has a great, positive attitude and glad we ended the night there at Finance. Laid back and relates to people. I own a "base" version of this vehicle. Base is figurative term with all ther stand features. Remote start, power everything, velvet like cloth seats, woodgrain trim and chrome. My vehicle is FWD and has zero issues performing in ther massive amounts of rain. The vehicle also supports generous ground clearance making unexpected hazards no issue. Extensive amount of storage is a bonus for active families.

This was scheduled as an express service, on a Monday, despite it being a "B" service on my 2016 E-350, a fairly large routine service package. Sure enough, by the time I had gotten through my emails and required answers, the service was done and the car washed. This was despite it being a very busy Monday. This is the 4th MB I've bought and had serviced with MB of Austin, since 1998. I've always been impressed with their service.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. The room in this mid size SUV with third row seating is absolutely amazing. I'm 5'9" and I don't have to crouch down to move through the back area. I barely have to bend any further than I did in my minivan and that amazes me, I thought I'd be sacrificing a lot of room moving from a van to an SUV but that is not the case here. The only real complaint I have is that I purchased the 6 cylinder AWD and I think definitely go for the 8 cylinder if you have the option. You're going to break even in the gas mileage department and the extra power is noticeably worth it, in my opinion. All in all, I think Buick hit it out of the park with this ride!

The entire experience was first rate: From searching online for the right vehicle (price, features, condition) to the buying experience and through delivery. Everything was accurate and straight forward. Our new car met all expectations when delivered: Clean. No apparent defects.The items listed as imperfections were barely perceptible. Our test drive before accepting the car was flawless. Our delivery person was friendly, professional and informative. After delivery, I took our new car to our long-time trusted mechanic for an in-depth inspection. He was impressed with all aspects of our new car. His only comments were associated with (1) light under-body rust and original equipment tires with few miles, plenty of tread, in good condition but six years old. All manuals, one full feature key, and one valet key were provided. (Two full feature keys would have been nice.) Documentation of Carvana's 150 point inspection was not provided. This, too, would have been a nice addition to complete the sale documentation. All-in-all, close to a perfect buying experience! So much so that I'm looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Carvana in the near future.

I have owned several Hyundai cars beginning with the accent, so every time I'm looking to upgrad my Hyundai. The reason I choose southpoint was because we have been bringing our other hyundai cars there for service. Your service department has been beyond reproach, especially Gilbert the service manager (I think). But anyway his name is Gilbert in the service department. He has integrity, very professional & honest. He has been nothing but fair when quoting car repairs and then following up during and in between and after the work has been done. Gilbert is a true professional and a great asset to Southpoint Hyundai. The other person I would like to mention is Thomas the young man who helped me with my purchase. I first met Thomas through the online system, because that's where I started my search, there was no doubt in my mind that my car was going to be bought at Southpoint Hyundai, it was just a matter of what color Sonata I wanted. I'm a no nonsense person, I don't won't nobody telling me what I want & trying to sell me something. Thomas was respectful from the first phone call until the last. He listened and did what I asked, so my experience was wonderful with him. I would recommend anybody I know looking for a car to go to Southpoint and go see Thomas. If y'all give bonuses then you need to give Thomas a bonus, and if you don't give a bonus then you need to! Car salesmen have bad reputations, but you all can be proud of Thomas, he is a wonderful young man. The next person is Sonny the finance guy, he is a 'Hoot" and I mean that with the utmost respect. When buying a car the finance part is the hardest. Sonny did this part with me effortlessly, there was "NO" stress during this process. Did I get the interest rate and payment I wanted, NO. That is not from Sonny not trying to do the best of me. But Sonny did the best he could with what he had to work with, Me(55357)(56842). So I'm very grateful for that. The other person was Joe the finance guy who wrapped up my deal, he was thorough and professional. At the end of the day the only complaint I have is that I got no credit for the work that I had done on my old Elantra a few months prior to me my buying my new car. Although I mentioned it to Thomas & Sonny during my process, I never got an answer as to if they would give me some credit. The timing belt was replaced on my other Hyundai. However at the end of the day, Hyundai is a great car, and Southpoint is the best! Oh yea did I mention that I drive an hour to get to Southpoint, when there are several Hyundai dealers where I live and pass several Hyundai dealers on my way to Southpoint, but its worth the drive to get the kind of service Southpoint has. I took my car to the dealership to get my air conditioning fixed as 2 other people couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. At first the dealership thought it was something easy but it turned out to be much more complex and took over 2 days to fix. They didn't charge me for the extra labor costs since they underestimated the amount of work it would take. Sean Foster, out service person was great. He gave me a car to use for a couple days and kept me apprised ofd going on with it my car. Excellent customer service.

I referred this dealership to several friends and co-workers the day after I purchased my vehicle. This is not the first time I purchased a vehicle from Don Hewlett. My first experience was in 2006. That experience was identical to this experience in that I researched vehicles online, was immediately contacted by a salesman, and followed up with a visit to the dealership. From that first internet contact to closing the deal, I felt as if I was the only customer they had. Here's what I liked about the dealership: Walking into the dealership feels welcoming in that the cars (the product) are on display. I've been in other dealerships where all you see is a bunch of people milling about. Patriotic pictures (including Texana) are on display. As a military veteran, that appealed to me. Everything is immaculately clean and in good repair. The receptionist was friendly and greeted me promptly. Carl Staves, who started out as my salesman, became my new friend. As a senior citizen, I have purchased many new cars and I abhor the negotiating process. The salesmen always seemed to be the "middle man". I've gotten to the point where I just want to deal with the manager and not have to go through the middle man. However, the industry doesn't work that way. This is the first time I EVER felt like the salesman represented my interests fairly to the manager. I felt like Carl was fighting for me to get the best price possible. Carl did not use cliches like "what can I do to earn your business" or ask "if I can get the price right, are you ready to buy today". Had he done so, it would have interfered with the process because I would have tuned him out. Because he didn't, I felt like an individual being listened to. He took the time to patiently demonstrate features on the car. This is very important because there is so much technology on the vehicle and it can be overwhelming to senior citizens. This example alone is important enough to refer all senior citizens to him to buy their next new car. After the purchase, Carl followed up with me several times to ensure I had everything I needed and to answer questions, which of course I had. This proves that the sale doesn't stop once the contract is signed. The finance personnel, Jeff Grazioplene and Buddy Shepperd, were great and did not resort to high pressure sales tactics. Neither did they "sulk" when I declined their products. I purchased accessories from Jerred and he was very informative about the products and also offered fair pricing. I would like to add that I do not live near this dealership but the way I was treated and the price I got - including the price of my trade-in vehicle - was worth the distance it took to drive there. This purchase was an expensive one and the most important thing I can say is that the deal was great, I was treated fairly, and I walked away a very happy customer. Happy customers make more happy customers.

Traded in my small truck for this small SUV so far its an improvements on fuel consumption, slightly higher monthly payments than my 2016 Colorado, still getting used to the vehicle, its comfortable, but I am missing having heated seats, perhaps one day I'll add in that option ;) Looking forward to taking it for a few road trips, have an average commute of 100km per day.

I hate having to take my vehicle in for service because I normally have to deal with being told that I "must" get additional services for my car and the hard push for me to agree to it. I scheduled my 2016 Suburban for its first oil change and took it in this morning. The great service started from the moment I stepped out of my vehicle in the service drive-up. I regret not getting the name of the gentleman that greeted me there and walked me (didn't just point) inside to where I needed to wait for David McKnight, with whom my service was scheduled. David was working with another customer at the time. The other advisor sitting at the desk next to David's (again, I regret not getting his name) quickly finished whatever he was working on and said he could get me checked in so I didn't have to keep waiting. He said they would get it started and that it would be about an hour for the work to be completed and asked if I knew where the waiting room was (I did). Just a little over an hour later, David came to the waiting area to let me know my Suburban was done. Although I had been very pleased with the service and had no complaints, he apologized for not being available when I got there. I feel like all three of these employees were focused on providing good customer service. I'm quite surprised at some of the recent bad reviews I read because I had a completely different experience and wanted to make sure I shared that. I plan to continue getting my vehicle serviced at Hewlett even beyond the first two scheduled maintenance visits that came with my purchase. Also, when I purchased my vehicle months ago, I also purchased after-market running boards that open when the vehicle door opens. Twice, the puddle light by the driver's door has come loose and dangles down under the vehicle. Both times, I have brought it back in and it was quickly taken care of without any issues. I neglected to write a review then and wanted to mention the great service I received that time as well.

I drove the Buick Encore Essence 2017 with sun roof during a 10 day stay in Arizona for vacation. I originally rented a Nissan sedan but they were out so I took 'the blue SUV'. I was 5 miles north on route 17 when I noticed how quiet the ride was. Then a text came over the Android Auto, which I didn't realized I hooked up by connecting the USB cable to the charger. I found the interior to be very intuitive. The long ride from Phoenix to Sedona was very enjoyable the heated steering wheel and seats plus motorized drivers seat. The pick up climbing the mountain grades was easy as was passing trucks and cars. It doesn't have crazy horse power by any means by it performed fine. The keyless entry and start were great since I was always carrying backpack and gear, no fumbling for the keys. Then I drove back down to Phoenix for 5 days and it handled the off dirt roads to the trail head fine. I came home and 2 weeks later I traded in my loyal Subaru Impreza wagon that I had for 6 years. I enjoyed the Impreza but it has a CVT trans and I wanted to drive a traditions auto trans. The Encore has 25 MPG +/- and I'm ok with that. I purchased the AWD as I live in Massachusetts and NO... FWD with snow tires IS NOT the same thing. So test driving a car for 10 days informed my of how the car runs on average and when snow came in January the Encore handled great with the AWD. Four months owning my Buick Encore Essence now and very happy. It is small on the inside, about the same cubic storage dimensions as a Subaru Impreza Wagon but the off ground height is also what I wanted in my next car. It has great head room, leg room and the leather seats are ALL leather and stitched great, not pleather or 'leather trimmed'. Back seats can squeeze 3 adults but 2 adults for comfort, same beautiful leather seats in back. Soft touch materials, nice dash, nothing flashy but more classic and understated. I added OEM chrome side body molding and chrome wind deflector as well as custom rain guards. Now my car is my own. The aluminum painted grey wheels are awesome too. Very happy!
