Luther Used Car CompanyReviews
Luther Used Car Company review
We had a complex car purchase and Luther Used Car Company stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at this dealership. However, just a month after we purchased the car every dashboard light came on and the engine failed, which was very expensive. When we took it back to the dealership, they paid to put in a new used engine. While doing so, they also fixed other issues they found in the process. They said that they wanted to make sure we knew that they wouldn't knowingly sell us a bad car and although that unfortunately happened, they did make it right. We are very thankful that we chose to buy our used car at Luther Used Car Company and we hope to honor them with business in the future.

2016 Buick LaCrosse review
This car is a dream to own & drive. My only complains are the paint job. Mine is silver and deterating very fast now matter how much its washed & waxed. Also, you cannot check the transmission fluid unless you take it to the dealer. It is sealed underneth the car. Other than those 2 issues, its a wonderful vehicle.

Audi MinneapolisReviews
Audi Minneapolis review
My 2025 Audi EV developed some major electronic problems in the navigation system and MMI. I took my car to my dealer, Audi Minneapolis, to have it fixed. Due to the complexity of today’s auto electronic systems, it took several days and times for the dealer to fix the problems. During this time, my service representative, Ryan Luterbach, kept me fully informed each day on the progress being made to fix the electronics problems. After the service department completed the repairs, Ryan recommended for me to wait an additional day to pick up my car so he could have the car fully road tested to make sure the repairs had been successfully made. I took his advice and the road text confirmed my car was good to go. I was very impressed with Ryan’s professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail and, most of all, his goal for Audi’ Minneapolis’ customers to be fully satisfied with its services.
2021 Buick Encore GX review
I wasn’t too sure about it when I bought it as some reviews I had seen weren’t very good, but certain years did/do have issues. I checked and the 2021 does not. But for being a compact SUV I was pleasantly surprised and absolutely love this little car.

Audi St. PaulReviews
Audi St. Paul review
Great dealership in every regard. Friendly salesmen, no pressure sales and treated like a luxury car buyer although I was buying probably the cheapest used car on the lot!
2017 Buick Envision review
For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

I purchased this car new i have the panoramic sunroof. It leaked the year after I bought the car was repaired under warranty. Last month the roof started leaking again. Cost a fortune to fix as i also needed the roof shade as that was water damaged. I love the car. But do not get one with a panoramic sunroof.

Bought 2016 used with 55k on it 3 years ago. When first purchased had transmission torque converter issue but got transmission replaced under warranty through dealer and has been amazing car since with no issues. Pretty sharp looking inside and out wish wasn’t so mini van shaped but honestly that’s how we use it. Kids love the DVD player. Definitely happy overall.

I used this Ford dealership to purchase a couple of parts on my 2004 F350. Ford made some changes to this motor just a few days after my truck was manufactured. Steve, in parts, was very helpful in making sure I ordered the correct parts.
2017 Buick Envision review
I love the vehicle/suv, but I had to get used to the engine shutting off when you come to stop. It’s fun to drive, and we’ve took it on a few trips but just as I put a little over 50,000 miles on it the adaptive cruise control quit working and it was no longer under warranty, I thought that was weird..

Infinity Auto SalesReviews
Infinity Auto Sales review
Our experience couldn’t have been better. Ahmed answered all of our questions and provided us with all the necessary paperwork that is required with a branded title. He went above and beyond to give us an amazing deal. After months of visiting condescending dealerships and test driving dirty over priced cars, Infinity Auto Sales was such a breath of fresh air. The work done on the car was excellent, you would never be able to tell it had been in an accident. We are people that expect cars to be as clean as possible, even if it’s used people should still show some pride in what they are selling or own for that matter. Although it wasn’t as clean as I keep my vehicles, it was still by far the cleanest used car I had test driven. I’ve been driving it for about a week now and it runs great. We will definitely recommend Infinity Auto Sales to friends and family. They will definitely be our first stop the next time we need a new vehicle.

Luther Used Car Company review
We had an excellent experience working with Devin Thorpe at Luther Used Car Company. He handled our transaction and walked us through all of the paperwork to finalize the purchase of our Dodge Ram. Devin was courteous, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything while answering all of our questions. I purchased the truck with my 21-year-old son, and since this was his first time going through the car-buying process, Devin went above and beyond to make sure he fully understood every step. Thanks to Devin’s patience and clear explanations, my son will carry this knowledge with him for future car purchases. What really stood out was Devin’s passion for his job and the way he helped us through any rough spots with ease and kindness. We felt extremely comfortable the entire time and truly appreciated his professionalism. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle here again and would look forward to working with Devin in the future.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience buying my 2018 Lincoln MKX Reserve! Dave M. was my salesman, and he was incredible to work with from start to finish. He was highly professional, deeply knowledgeable about the vehicle, and never made me feel pressured. Dave took the time to listen to what I wanted, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. CarMax Maplewood review
This was my 1st experience with CarMax and I have absolutely nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the entire process. Everyone that I dealt with, throughout the entire process had amazing attitudes and willing to help in any way possible. I truly felt like everyone enjoyed their jobs and their main goal was to make sure all their customers got into the vehicle that they truly wanted. I can't thank this team enough, for making our Yukon purchase as smooth as it was!

The experience that we had at Lincoln of Bloomington was great. I emailed Breanna, who is the client scheduler that we were interested in a vehicle and she emailed me back promptly and arranged an appointment with Mayro to show us the vehicle, who was very helpful and great to work with.

So far I like everything about it except the sun visors. They are too small to effectively keep the sun out in late afternoon. The ride is comfortable and quiet, good pick-up, and okay gas mileage.

2017 Buick Encore review
I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

2014 Buick Enclave review
Third owner and retired A.S.E mechanic. Look carfax over, first & second owners did oil change every 5,000m, stayed on top of services like oil - tires- brakes ect. One Reson i bought this 2014 leather sport model. Second reason having arthritis makes it hard to get in some vechiles, as for the enclave it's so much easier getting in and out of so far im very pleased with the smooth ride, quite ride and handle on interstate is a blessing on arthritis! But if there is no history done or have no clue who the owner - owners were. WALK AWAY Period! Bucik enclave is high maintenance! But staying on top of the maintenance is key. And get your money worth down the road 200,00-250,000mi

2017 Buick LaCrosse review
Bought a 2017 Buick Lacrosse Premium in December of 2023. It had 120,000 miles on it. I now have 155,000 miles on it, and haven't incurred a single issue as of yet. Smooth, quiet, comfortable ride, gets a fair share of compliments. I think they must've ran up against budget when they arrived at the interior. Lol. Not a major concern though. This car is very reliable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a car!

RAVMOTORSReviews
RAVMOTORS review
Bought a 2021 Honda Pilot EX-L yesterday 10-7-26 from sales rep David and it was an absolute great process all around. Eazy peazy. I am an elderly and disabled big guy and needed a vehicle that can accommodate those disabilities and my Yeti size. The Pilot was the 2nd car I looked at and it was exactly what I needed. I looked at a Toyota 4Runner first but it was too tall for me to slide in and out and I'm 6' 1". David was so nice to help me with my needs. They gave me a fair price for my 2006 Toyota Sienna minivan on trade in that was time to part with and I am greatly pleased. The mileage was fine, the Pilot was immaculate, I paid a fair price for it and I couldn't be happier. I just drove it for about 120 miles this afternoon 10-8-26 and it was perfect. Great comfort for my disabilities, silky smooth ride, powerful 3.5L v6, immaculate leather interior, 3rd row seating that I folded down to so I can fit my big walker in it with no space problems whatsoever. I highly recommend Rav Motors of Crystal and go see my man David. Thank you.

2018 Buick Cascada review
My wife and I have been looking for a midsize midrange convertible for years and after seeing a Cascada in a parking lot knew this was the car we wanted. It has all the bells and whistles you’d find in a BMW, Mercedes or Audi at a fraction of the cost to purchase and maintain. Although they’ve been discontinued as of 2019 now is the perfect time to find a newer used car with low miles for half the sticker price. The only drawbacks are the MPG isn’t optimal and you can’t link your iPhone to the display screen, but the pros (beautiful car, tons of standard features, handles great, decent back seat / trunk space) far outweigh those two potential cons.

2014 Buick Encore review
I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

Thank you Mike!!
2016 Buick Regal review
I bought it used fron Carvana with 49000 miles on it. When it had around 100,000 miles on it i had to replace the middle 2 coils. I did it myself for $100 each. Took me 30 minutes on each one. It now has 137000 miles on it and the check engine light has been on since 110000 indicating a "failing turbo". It shows no signs of failing and continues to run good. just drove it from Florida to Texas and back (1800 miles) It ran good. I have had 4 Buicks and very little trouble with them. I would definitely recommend this car. Beautiful and easy care- just change oil ecery 5000 miles and it keeps going.
