Purchased a new Ram Truck from AutoNation CDJR in Spring. Could not be more pleased with the entire experience. The salesperson was very courteous and helpful. Truly felt he genuinely cared that I got exactly what I wanted. Very quick to respond to all my questions. The sales manager visited to ensure that I was completely satisfied and that everything went smoothly. The entire process was quick and efficient. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. They had the best price in town on the truck that I wanted. Mark

Wonderful experience because there was no pressure. Exactly what you want when making such a purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a great price without any hassle or regrets.
2025 Cadillac CT5 review
I only drive about 1500 miles annually. Last year (2024) I bought two of these cars, identical except for interior and exterior colors. No mechanical issuers to date. But the car is too hi-tech for me. I have little knowledge about what many of the knobs, buttons, computer swipes, etc. actually do. The owners manual, which you can purchase for an additional $50 is over 450 pages, I have yet had the time to read it. It comes with a sun roof which I did not want, but had no choice but to get it. It is very complicated, I liked the less complicated cars of yesteryear much better.

Hendrick Lexus Kansas City North review
This dealership is the very best! I cannot explain how comfortable they all make you feel there. I even take my dog. My sales person has called me several times just to check to see if I have any questions about the car and help me with technical issues. He set my phone up with the Lexus app and helped me program the display on my car. He guided me through everything. David Mueller is my salesperson and he is the best! He goes the extra mile!

My first Cadillac (66 years old) and Wow what a car. The 2 liter turbo just flies and the styling is head snapping. Looked at the foreign luxury counterparts and my decision was easy.

2024 Cadillac CT5 review
I wanted this car... Value for money is excellent for this level. The twin turbo V6 is plenty powerful... The quality and attention to detail is apparent. Rides great! Handles great! Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach review
I had an excellent experience buying my car at AutoNation. After some bad experiences with dealerships in the past, Rolando and Hoss completely changed my perception. Rolando was honest, patient, and truly listened to what I wanted. There was no pressure, no hidden fees, and no confusing back-and-forth. Hoss made the finance process just as transparent and easy, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The entire transaction was calm, straightforward, and stress-free. I left feeling that I had been treated fairly and honestly. If you're buying a car at AutoNation, I highly recommend asking for **Rolando**. He is someone you can feel comfortable doing business with. And if Hoss handles your financing, you're in great hands too. Thank you both for such a positive experience!

Cadillac of Las VegasReviews
Cadillac of Las Vegas review
What can I say. I have purchased 5 cars from Cadillac of Las Vegas over the years (the last 12 to be exact). They are a class act. My Sales Associate, Mindy Martin, is the best. Look no further. She has sold me every car that I have purchased from there from Tahoes, XT5, two previous Escalades to my current, Escalade V. I would never go anywhere else or recommend any other dealership. Mindy goes out of her way to make sure I get exactly what I need regarding upgrades, extras and warranties. I cannot say enough good about the selection of vehicles and customer service. You won't be disappointed.

I recommend the 550T option. What a fun driver. The interior height is low if you have the sun roof option. The new colors are great as well.

INFINITI of ScottsdaleReviews
INFINITI of Scottsdale review
I purchased my Infiniti from another Infiniti store and it was having some issues I took it into the service department at Infiniti of Scottsdale and they went over all the problems it had and gave me what I felt was a fair price to fix it they so introduced me to a Sales Manager who was able to take the vehicle in on trade and put me in a BRAND NEW car. They were extremely helpful with the entire process start to finish. They heard me out and got me into exactly what I was looking for now I have a new car with full warranty and it came with 3 years of maintenance. I am very happy and will be back here for my next vehicle.

2022 Cadillac CT5 review
I traded my 3 year old 2019 Blazer to get a new CT5-V Series. The car is nicely equipped & lovely to look at inside & out. The leather black & white interior has a hi-end look & feel, plus heated & ventilated seats. This car is about the same size as the current model Honda Accord. The 360hp V6 feels willing, able & smooth. The exhaust has a sporty note. 10 speed auto shifts very smoothly. This is the best driving Cadillac I've been in & just to reiterate, has a sporty feel. It's not the "cushy" Brougham feeling Caddy's were known for in the 1980's. It looks very smart, has enough advanced technology to boggle your mind & overall, gets you there in style! On the downside, I ordered this car in March & took the process 7 months before car arrived at my Dealership.

Laura was very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately I waited too long to reconnect with her and damned if she didn't sell the car I was interested in. He who hesitates is lost. I will be checking back with her as I frequently monitor West Chester Mercedes.

Radley CadillacReviews
Radley Cadillac review
I recently purchased a Honda Civic Type R from this dealership (8/11/26) and they were amazing to work through the process and paper work of purchasing it! They even delivered the vehicle to my home at no extra cost. The vehicle I bought had an AC issue that they fully disclosed and agreed to fix, but when they took it to Honda the first time it did not fix it fully. So I gave them a call back telling them that it was not working currently fully expecting them to fight me on paying for it (Like all other dealerships). However, with no hesitation they told me to bring it to another Honda dealership locally and they would pay for the repairs entirely no matter the cost! So now I have a perfect car with a fully refreshed AC system that I did not have to spend a dime on. Thanks again yall for the amazing service! I fully recommend purchasing a vehicle through them as they are really there to help you out
2025 Cadillac CT5 review
Nice car and the car is pretty fast for a 4 cylinder and it gets 32 mpg. Hwy.!!! beautifull interoor although a little bit cramped but it has all the amenities i need!! As nice of a car as this is i will keep it for a long time!!! it's cheaper to maintain than european rivals and i think for the smaller engine it has more get up and go than my older 2020 toyota corolla!!!

Mark Ficken Ford Lincoln review
This was the easiest new car buy I've ever had. I bought a 2026 F150 Lobo and had them install a Whipple supercharger. They took care of everything. Nick my salesman and Hunter were easy to work with and made things move smoothly. Nick went above and beyond in this purchase. I have recommended them to all my friends and now on here. You can't find a better dealer than Mark Ficken Ford.
