The vehicle was detailed meticulously both inside and out. I usually always purchase new vehicles but Next Gear put my mind at ease about a used purchase. They have their used vehicles as close to new as you can get. The manger Kian, was able to able to process the sale quick and painless. The owner, Majid was even able to arrange shipping in prompt manner. Next Gear certainly has renewed my faith in used car dealers! These guys are honest and try to make your purchase painless. I started car shopping Thursday morning and went to five different dealerships in Warner Robins, where I live. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I needed in a vehicle: three rows, leather seats, all the technology, and something that truly fit me and my family. Everywhere I went, it felt like they were more focused on making a sale than actually listening to what I wanted. I refused to settle because I knew exactly what I was looking for, and I knew the right vehicle was out there. After two long days of searching and ultimately feeling defeated, I couldn?t sleep. Friday night I stayed up Googling the exact vehicle I wanted, and that?s when I came across Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. Even though they were two hours away, I decided to take the chance and make the drive, and I am SO glad I did. From the moment I got there, their team listened to me, fought for me, and absolutely busted their behinds to make sure I drove away in the vehicle I had my heart set on. They never once pressured me into something else, tried to convince me to settle, or made me feel like just another sale. They cared about what I wanted and did everything they could to make it happen. After going from dealership to dealership, I finally left with my dream SUV: my brand new 2026 Chevrolet Traverse Z71.
