I took my daughter to buy her first “grown up” car today. I always expect decent service whenever I buy a vehicle, but Melanie and Ben were an absolute joy! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They were patient with my daughter throughout the process and demonstrated the kind of care I’d expect from a family member. My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

I love my XT4 I owned a XT5 before and loved that as well. The only thing is I wished they would make adaptive cruise a standard feature on all especially since it has everything else. I know the car companies do that to bump the price however I believe it should be on all, for safety.

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

Really like the car! BUT, BAD GAS MILEAGE! 14 CITY, 26 HWY.. ESTIMATE MILAGE 23 CITY, 30 HWY... NOT EVEN CLOSE.. 235 HP, TURBO! IS ANYBODY HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM?

Exceptional customer service! I bought a truck the middle of this year and picked it up in the rain. When it finally dried out I noticed a cloudiness to the paint on what area. A few weeks ago I decided to have it looked at finally. I discovered a fairly significant issue with the paint when I took it to my detailer and then a paint guy. I emailed them clearly not expecting much to happen as it had been 6 months and they had no obligation to do anything about it. I was shocked when Tyler from their service department called me the next day to schedule a time for me to bring my truck in so they could fix the issue by re-paining the area at no charge. I showed up on my appointment day and he had a loaner car ready and I was in an out with no questions asked. He said they would get right on it, but to give them a few days to get it fixed. They called the next day for me to pick it up and it looked showroom new. It even had a full tank of gas and considering I have a 30 gallon tank that is extremely generous. So many things they did that they didn't have to do, were under no obligation to do, but did so anyway. Truly the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Only have the XT 4 for a month. Really enjoy it. Gas mileage could be better but everything else is what I anticipated. Priced just slightly more than "lower priced SUVs."
