2023 Cadillac XT5 review
Got the XT5 Sport from Paul Conte Cadillac in Freeport, great dealership & great car. has nice power and handles well. reminds me of GMC Acadia Denali I used to have. drove the loaner 26 model for a couple of days, and it has much better electronics + heads up display.

2018 Cadillac XT5 review
Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!

2019 Cadillac XT5 review
The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The XT5 appearance does distinguish itself from a lot of SUV's out there. I bought vehicle from a lease return and it looks like it belongs on the show room floor

2024 Cadillac XT5 review
3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

Graham Motor Company review
Daniel and Merlin are the greatest. I highly recommend Graham Motor Company. Super friendly and understanding. I searched for 3 months for a used SUV while overseas. Graham Motor Company had multiple that I was interested in. The vehicles Daniel and Merlin bring to the consumer are in excellent condition. Everything from Sedans, SUVs, and Sports Cars can be had at Graham. And all of them are luxurious. They also go to bat for you when it comes to financing. If your in the market for a phenomenal experience when purchasing your next vehicle, please go see Daniel and Merlin at Graham Motor Company. Graham is Fire Fighter Approved!!!🚒

The Internet Car LotReviews
The Internet Car Lot review
The process for purchasing this car was very smooth and no pressure sales. The salesperson (Natalie) was very helpful in locating available cars in the price range we were looking at. It took very little time for financing qualifications to be reviewed and accepted. The financing agent was also helpful in explaining all the financial details. From the time we entered to look at a vehicle to the time that we drove off the lot with the purchase was less than an hour and a half.

I bought a used F150 from them. My salesman Floyd was a pleasure to deal with, finance department was smooth as silk getting everything wrapped up. I did have an issue with the truck after purchasing, I contacted Floyd and he immediately got to work getting my truck fixed and back to me. I received EXCEPTIONAL after sale care from the dealership. The truck is 100% repaired and working properly, no fuss no muss!

Mercedes-Benz of LafayetteReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Lafayette review
Update (One Week Later): I would like to provide an update to my previous review. Since expressing my concerns, Mercedes-Benz of Lafayette reached out promptly and took the necessary steps to fully address the issue with my vehicle. I have now been driving my car for a week, and I can genuinely say it feels smoother and more refined — a noticeable improvement that I truly appreciate. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Hunter for taking the time to personally look into the matter and ensure that the issue was properly corrected. Thank you as well to Edwin, my service advisor, for your guidance throughout the process, and to Charity for your patience, professionalism, and kindness. Your efforts played a significant role in restoring my confidence in the service department. I recognize and appreciate when a business takes accountability and works diligently to make things right. Thank you again, Mercedes-Benz of Lafayette, for addressing my concerns and reinforcing the level of service that customers expect from a luxury brand.

Another Time Used CarsReviews
Another Time Used Cars review
Another Time Used Cars provided a solid buying experience overall. The staff was respectful and easy to work with, and they made sure I understood all my options before making a decision. I liked that they were upfront about pricing and didn’t try to hide any details. While no dealership experience is ever perfect, I felt they did a great job making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

2020 Cadillac XT5 review
Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

Elder MitsubishiReviews
Elder Mitsubishi review
I purchased a Jetta from Elder Mitsubishi in Cedar Park, and I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience. Isaac was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, took the time to explain when I needed clarification, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. I love my new Jetta, and I'm glad I had Isaac helping me through the process. I definitely recommend asking for Isaac at Elder Mitsubishi. Thanks again, Isaac! You made my car-buying experience a positive one! Misty A. Round Rock, Texas

2021 Cadillac XT5 review
Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

Gene Pankey Motor CompanyReviews
Gene Pankey Motor Company review
Craig is truly an OUTSTANDING Salesmen. Craig took care of the deal and was so nice to both me and wife. Up front and HONEST! You do not find that at car dealers anymore. We live in Oregon and had to drive over 125 miles so Craig worked out a deal for us over the phone which was way better than the other dealer we were working with. And once we got there, they did what they said they'd do! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Craig and his dealership. Craig himself has been there for over 27 YEARS! I know that the next car I buy I will check with them first! Plus, one other thing, they have an AWESOME selection of cars! Thanks Craig and Gene Pankey Motor Company. We are REALLY loving our 2023 Cadillac XT6! Ed and Patty Jorgensen
2023 Cadillac XT5 review
This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

The professionalism, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, prompt response, shown by all staff I encountered. The methods of contact - video, written, and phone contact of analysis of work needed to be done as well as updates on work being done and completed. The completion of work in time estimated to be done. The cleanliness of building and work areais exceptional! Always a pleasure! Thank you all!
