Chris communicated with me by email and was incredibly patient throughout the discussion. We were able to work out an agreement via email and my wife, Michelle, and I went to the dealership to finalize the purchase. When we arrived, with Michelle's 89 year old father in two, Chris greeted all three of us with incredible respect. He made the process as smooth as it could have been and we could not be happier. Chris made certain the car we chose and our experience exceeded our expectations.

They provided me with personalized purchase experience. Their prices are no-haggle but their vehicles are very clean. You deal with the same person start to finish, no hand-offs to different people. Small, family owned operation. Felt good buying a car from these guys.

My newly purchased 2014 SRX is the most luxurious vehicle that I've ever drove and owned. It far exceeded my expectations, even after researching other luxury crossovers and reading reviews on the SRX. Makes being stuck in traffic so much less stressful; at times, even pleasurable. Rides and handles like a dream too. Nothing but an exceptional vehicle with high praises in performance, looks, and comfort.
Didnt like the fact that because you buy a car cash they cant provide you not even 1 day warranty like what if you didnt notice something minimal they should give you at least a week i mean not necessarily on the body of the car but at least any mechanical things you may have not noticed like a horn not working. -_-

This car drives well, feels good, and is inexpensive to own. It services like a Chevy, Uses Regular Gas, I am not worried about driving it through the car wash. The Trunk is enormous and the back seats fold down for even more space.
The Service Agent Marcus is so professional with a nice personal touch by providing assistance to my questions about the features. Plus the group all work together so there was no long wait when one agent is not available.
Center CUE system doesn't work

My ex-wife and I own one as well as another person I met at a gas station while pumping gas asked me if my CUE system worked. All three of us have the same problem. This model should be recalled as I understand that the mechanic at a Cadillac dealer said that is a real problem that costs $1200.00 to repair. How long will Cadillac allow this defect to go on without fixing it. I go out of my way when asked by people that I meet how I like the car. I have taken it to a local Cadillac dealer and they as well says that it is a major problem. Cadillac has an undercurrent of very unhappy car owners sharing their opinion of the problem with all interested party"s. Not good publicity.
Sales representative very professional/friendly and quickly answered questions about the vehicle. Dealership receptive to negotiating internet sale by out of area customers unlike many that list vehicles on cars.com.
This car is a blast.

Bang for the buck. The technology this car offers at this price point is incredible. It’s one of the best handling sedans in the world and it’s aftermarket potential is insane.

We needed a large vehicle to transport kids and their stuff. It is the best car I’ve owned! Never any problems. Carfax will show a couple of issues, but will be explained to interested buyers. Needs to be seen and driven. It is a beaut! Only selling to upgrade to platinum due to sore backs. Second owner.
This is a belated review of our purchase in Oct 2017. We visited 7 dealerships and considered other luxury SUVs. Sewell won us over with their service, impeccable facikities, availability and willingness to answer questions and by negotiating fairly. This dealership puts the customer first and is honest--a rare quality in the car business. They were patient with the thoroughness of our approach, and even arranged for us to talk to a VP at GMAC when we had an esoteric question on the details of our single pay lease. What a pleasure to work with them.

This car is the last of the luxury over performance vehicles from Cadillac. That being said handling and performance are decent enough, but clearly lacking when compared to others in the same market segment. The main pros are a quiet cabin and ultra soft ride. Cons, down market interior appointments and a CUE system that can be downright frustrating at times. Overall a good proposition if you are looking for uncompromising space, a reasonable level of quality, and have an affinity for the Cadillac name plate.
Always a pleasant experience servicing my MKC at West Point. Facilities have always been clean and comfortable. Service personnel are knowledgeable and friendly. Car returned clean.

Not a lot of leg room in second and third rows; needs hi-test gasoline; was told this as I was handed the keys; was shocked because my other Escalade did not require hi-test; the rear door does not open or close properly; thought I was buying a demo car; after purchase it was called a used car, which means you do not get full five-year warranties; pretty shoddy presentation
Volvo West Houston did an excellent job all around with the purchase of a wonderful car. They made the whole experience so welcoming and very smooth. They answered all of our questions above, beyond, and with a smile! Thank you so so much for everything you have done for my family! We definitely will be back in the future!

I bought an off-lease 2017 with 36k miles. I've driven it for a couple of months and love it so far. The auto stop/start takes a little getting used to, and if I'm going through a drive thru I sometimes pull it down into Manual just so it doesn't stop and start so many times.
The exterior styling turns heads, and the interior is very luxurious and comfortable. It's a true pleasure to drive, and the automatic braking has already prevented a possible collision in a parking lot. The lane keep assist is also a great feature, especially if you are someone who gets sleepy driving.
Just replacing the battery under warranty . Every thing went smoothly and very fast without any problem. I am very happy that there was not any charge on the replacement battery

I own and SRX before and was much better than this XT5 I only have 13,000 miles and the transmission don’t work, the car sounds like a tractor and feels like you are driving a big truck, horrible experience and for the first time the dealer is not cooperating enough. I wish I keep my SRX instead of spending so much money on this horrible car.
Not sure if it???s typical of the GMC experience, but every time we???ve dealt with Mark Minnis, we feel and fully realize that we are dealing with a professional. This is our second purchase through Mark and he has yet to disappoint in any area. Thank your GMC and thank you Mark!

THIS IS THE FIRST CAR IN 15 YEARS THAT I HAVE KEPT MORE THAN 2 YEARS. IT HAS STYLE AND CLASS NOT TO MENTION SPEED, YES I HAVE THE PERFORMANCE AN I LOVE IT.
Outstanding service. Martin Hristov, Sales Rep was outstanding. Very helpful, and very knowledgeable. I tried a few cars before selecting the GLE 400 and I was very satisfied with the service. The Sales Manager was also very helpful and helped make the process go smoothly. This was not my first time buying a vehicle at Mercedes Greenway, and I hope to continue to buy there again in the future.

Alot of features at an affordable price. Very clean and well maintained suv. Has alot of power and has a quiet smooth ride. The premium sound system is incredible.
i recently purchased my first vehicle from tx auto group and was amazed by the customer service i was provided with by sean. i usually find car dealerships very intimidating but they were very helpful in answering all of the questions i had about the vehicle i ended up purchasing. i had a really good experience with this dealership and i would definitely recommend them to a friend or a family member.

The perfect vehicle!! Nathali really help us. It was really with the drive. Driving from Wyoming. I recommend working with royal automotive. They have a variety of vehicles.
Called Mbrace from the car, luckily the battery died in my garage. After 71k miles and 4 1/2 years it was expected. Mbrace sent out Ben within 5 minutes from M-B Greenway with a new battery, and we were ready to roll within 30 minutes. Cannot get any better than that. We than the Lord it did not happen 24 hours later for we would have been on the road and on TG day.

Have owned Equinox LTZ, Equinox Premier and this is a few notches above for sure. A lot of creature comforts, as well as safety features that are simply automatic and comforting. Feels solid, is quiet and has enough power.

Very comfortable ride. Love the height from the ground. Only downside are the headlights, the low beams are completely inadequate. The high beams are great.
