I just bought a 2020 Ford Transit from Trust Auto in Maryland, thanks to Vlad, it went well despite the fact that I live in Florida. Kevin was very nice, seemed good at his job and well spoken, good guy. Vlad was fast, professional, and made the entire process incredibly smooth and straightforward. Vlad was responsive, sent photos within minutes of the underside of the van, and we finalized the deal in under an hour. The van was exactly as advertised, and it was delivered to my home in Florida in less than a week. Vlad and Kevin have great communication, humor, and transparency made. Out of state buyer, so I had the BMW I was interested in sent to the BMW Dealership for a full inspection. They dropped of car as well as picked it up after the inspection. As you would expect the dealership was able to find some concerns. Tony and his team went out of their way to start fixing the issues. During this process I decided to go a different direction and not purchase the car. Tony was very gracious and said he would work on refunding my deposit immediately and hoped we could work together in the future.

It’s not a luxury truck. But it is a work horse they run forever no major problem even after 150 k. They keep going they get the job done. Semi comfortable ride too

I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.

Good vehicle for my electrical business but having transmission issues not Shifting in automatic but ok in manual mode. Goes up to 30 mph then won't shift to next gear have to use manual mode

I read the reviews, considered all the good and the bad and still took a chance. Found a local person familiar with the type of car for a PPI. They di fix the AC on their dime. The car did have a minor accident on the drivers passenger door, not reported on the Experian report. This was not a deal breaker for me. I chose to fly out of state to make sure I got the title in my hand. Everyone was pleasant to work with from the moment I contacted them. I took one star off only because I arrived around 10:30am and wasn't able to leave till 4pm. I drove the car 500+ miles home without any problems.

This cargo van drives like a car not a truck; easy handling, far superior gas mileage to it's competitors. You won't be in the shop once a quarter or more like a Sprinter! It's Ford Tough! Just wish I could have had the CD player and the GPS at the same time.
