I felt very comfortable working with Tim Giacalone because he is friendly, knolegeable, and honest. I even meet their chocolate lab support dog ; ) Central was transparent. The information about the car was accurate on their website, it was very quick and easy to call, test drive and learn more about the car. For me, Central felt like a wellstablished local company that cares about their customers because they take care of you like family. In the past I had looked for cars dealerships in Boston, Albany, Burlington in Hartford, Danbury down to RI and NJ, but I realize now that it's better to buy local, from the source... Central Chevrolet! I have been at the Big E fair for many years and I know Central Chevrolet it's been a sponsor for many organizations and they do the parade and other activities in the fair and the community. Very Happy! I recently purchased a Cadillac XT4 from Bob Pion in Chicopee. My salesman, Ric Tereso, was very helpful and made the sale a smooth one. After the purchase I did have a problem with the car within two weeks and it was in their repair shop for 10 days with some type of electrical failure. Needless to say I was not happy, but Bob Pion did provide me a vehicle to use for the entire time so I wasn't without transportation. Joe in repair kept me updated daily as to the situation, even though I was probably difficult to deal with! The problem was within the circuitry so was difficult to diagnose. I was quite leery about taking the vehicle back since at that point I did not think it to be reliable, but Sara worked with me to extend my warranty a bit so that I would feel more comfortable with the car. Problems do arise with auto purchases from time-to-time, but to me it is how the dealer handles the problem that makes the difference. I am very happy with how Sara and Ric handled things and am very pleased with my Cadillac!! Thanks very much for going above and beyond to work with me!!
2023 Chevrolet Blazer review
I went in to get a 2026 Equinox and came out of the dealership with this beautiful, sexy, hunk of a vehicle. I love how it handles, how it looks, and all of the gadgets. I just passed down my 2018 Chevrolet Cruze Hatchback Premier, and I was still learning the things that vehicle had, so I probably will never completely learn everything on this baby. I am a Chevy Woman for life!

Imperial Toyota review
I routinely use Imperial Toyota in Milford, MA. They are my "go to" dealer. My Sienna is 12 years old with over 250,000 miles and thanks to the service department, it has never broken down. They are on top of the necessary maintenance and repairs to keep my vehicle issue free. That is priceless to me. I also love that every time I come to the dealer, the same service advisors are there. Many dealers have new service advisors every couple years. Though Jarett is my favorite advisor, I believe they are all good at their jobs and helpful. I find Jarett to be the most helpful though. He helps me prioritize the essential repairs/services if I cannot afford to do all at once. Imperial Toyota has a nice, large waiting area with comfortable chairs and complimentary coffee and tea. They have a separate room for children to play. If major work needs to be done on the car, you can rent a car for the day for a reasonable price.
