Buying my Camaro from Castle Chevrolet in McHenry was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I worked with Eric Loredo, who set the tone by doing a full virtual walk around and video of the car before I arrived, answering all my questions in real time. When my wife and I landed at ORD, the car was spotless and ready to go. Finance Manager Mike Lazzara had all documents sent ahead so I could DocuSign, making the delivery quick and smooth. Sales Manager Matt Knudson, GSM Jerry Spanier, and Andrew Sytsma (who wasn’t my salesman but still took time to chat and share product knowledge) all played a part in making this one of the easiest purchases I’ve ever had. The team knew my previous car was totaled in a tornado, and they went above and beyond to make this out-of-state transaction simple and stress-free. Eric and the entire Castle team reminded me that buying a car doesn’t have to be a battle. I would absolutely buy from them again.

We are enjoying our 2024 Blazer RS so far. It is very comfortable and quiet. The driving dynamics are great, very responsive and smooth over rough roads. This is the first Chevrolet I've owned in a couple decades, mostly due to inferior interior fit and finish. But in this car it is done well, although hard plastics on the top of the doors do not make a nice resting spot for my elbow. Also it takes a little bit to get use to judging the front end clearance when parking. Other then that, I have found the build quality to be right there with most foreign competitors in this segment. That said, you have to pay extra for things like adaptive cruise and some other features that are standard on the competitions upper trim levels. Only other issue is the lack sight lines out the back, the pillars are very thick and the window small. Definitely need the blind spot monitoring. Overall this is a nice SUV to drive, comfortable with sporty handling and good looks.

Webb Chevy is the only place I will service my vehicle at, they are the best on the Southside!

We love our 2024 Blazer RS. As a mid-size SUV, there is plenty of room for 5 and ample cargo space. The design is slick and we have had several folks ask us about the vehicle and features. The 3.6 liter provides great performance, especially for the vehicle type.

Just got my Mustang serviced for some recalls. This place was so on top of everything! Excellent communication, easy scheduling, speedy service. I’m very happy after experiencing terrible service at a different nearby Ford dealership.

I open up this review with a smile on my face. When I arrived and heading to the showroom, I was met by a person with a very warm and energetic greeting, Sales Specialist, Elia Secretary, a Professional Gentleman in so many ways. I can tell from the tone of his voice and his handshake that he was determined to make my experience a worthy one. I never felt like I belonged as I did at SUNRISE CHEVROLET. The service met what i needed. I was able to ensure that the price of the repairs that were needed were affordable and correct. I just wish some of the future repairs that are needed are more affordable and could be more explained by the customer service representative like the previous rep that I had at the previous visit. Overall, the facility was very clean and i was able to meet with one of the car/service representative. I was able to meet with a car dealer who was very friendly and ensure that I had his contact information, in the event I plan or may want to purchase a new vehicle in the near future, which i plan too.

Great staff and very good deals on new vehicles. Quick, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend if your looking for a great deal check with these guys first. They will get you that Great deal others can't.

Felt welcome as I entered the door. Staff was available and when I asked for the sales person that I had been communicating with, salesperson was waiting.

I was skeptical at first, but Jonathan Medina quickly put me at ease. He was outgoing, but not pushy. He allowed me to fully inspect the vehicle at my pace. He was very forthcoming about the vehicle and very reasonable negotiating the price for the vehicle. Felt very comfortable with him and the other sales staff. The process was seamless.
