Jaleel Khan is the best. Setvice is perfect!! The service department is excellent and the product, the tires are great. The staff is professional , the waiting area is beautiful, as is the cafe . All is a great experience. I would definitely return to this dealership because of the professional received received through Jaleel. When I???m ready for another Mercedes I will definitely return to this dealership and continue to work with Jaleel. He is a most valued employee. I have always been satisfied ,as well , with the service department.
Ben Pugliesi did a terrific job handling my 2017 Sierra truck purchase. I was an out of state buyer and Ben handled every aspect of the transaction. He worked very well with my lender who had pre-approved me. When I arrived at the dealership my truck was parked out front, fully serviced, gas tank full, and clean as a whistle. Ben showed me many of the features that would make my 400 mile drive home comfortable. After a 30 minute inspection and test drive we completed the paperwork without any surprises and I left very happy.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I've always hated dealerships for service because they force you to deal with a pushy, unkowledgeable salesperson instead of a mechanic. Not only did Veterans Ford not try and up-sell me every stupid, useless service imaginable, they were perfectly ok when I said I wanted to wait on certain services. Huh? It's like the Narnia of dealership service departments. They also seemed knowledgeable and happy to be working there. My first trip I was confused because I was treated like a human being, you could have conversations with them instead of just them talking at you. Sadly my car was totaled and my needs have changed (minivan), so I went with a Honda. I have a service contract with it, or else I would have no problem bringing it to Veterans Ford for service.

From the moment Adam met us in the lot, the experience was a learning one. He is so knowledgable about the product I was interested in and he listened to what I wanted. He brought two cars up for comparison, knew the difference about each one, and there was no "dazzle-dazzle"! Extremely honest and forthright with his answers.
I thought I had a flat because my car was driving rough and it was all over the place. Anthony Nicholas was very helpful going over all the items needed on the car. The pressure was low in all the tires and it was out of alignment - which wore down the inner and outer parts of my two front tires. I decided to get all new tires because I've always had problems with these tires. Anthony was very helpful in giving me my choices. I also had several coupons and he went over with me which one would save me the most money. He went over that it covered 'services' and went over what is considered a 'service' - he also figured out the dollar amount that it would save me. I really appreciated the time and patience he had to go over everything with me. I also had my car cleaned. It was nice having a clean car when I picked it up. The courtesy van driver - Jimski was also very interesting. Everyone in the van enjoyed the conversations with him and the topics had a wide range. I personally enjoyed his stories about traveling. It felt great getting into a nice clean car that drove smoother than it had in years. The entire experience was excellent.
From the time i called and talked to Justin in parts then my service advisor Chris and the nice gentleman who greeted me named Alan; everything with my experience was fabulous. Chris kept me informed, called me back many times to answer my questions, kept me informed all day.long on the status of the repairs. CHRIS IS EXCELLENT and Justin was most helpful too. I had given up on working with a lexus service dept after so many bad experiences at lexus of tampabay. Now I had a reason to keep visiting lexus for my services.
We dropped off our 2015 Tahoe for recall work and we were in a hurry. Mr Sutton was very helpful and Quick to get us taken care of. The work was performed quickly and received a phone call to let us know it was ready. He even had it washed! We will be back!
