I've gotta say, my car buying experience at Serra Ford for the Ford Ranger was freakin' amazing! The whole team there was top-notch, especially Rachel Kupke, my salesperson. Candy Serra, the sales manager, was also awesome. She personally made sure I was happy and really helped with the financing process. Candy really cared about making my experience top-notch. The rest of the Serra Ford crew was fantastic too. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze. I walked in and felt right at home. And let me tell ya, the Ford Ranger itself is one badass truck. The Serra Ford team knew their stuff and helped me find just the right one. They explained all the different options, safety features, and cool tech stuff. All in all, I can't recommend Serra Ford enough. If you're lookin' for a new Ford Ranger or any other vehicle, go check 'em out. You won't be disappointed. 2023 Chevrolet Equinox review
I didn’t think I would ever trade in my Honda Ridgeline Trailsport, but when it went down, my rental was a 2025 Equinox. I was very impressed with it and prompted me to stop into a local GMC/Chevy dealership and found a beautiful 2023 Chevy Equinox RS just traded in after a 3 year lease on it was up, so the upkeep and general maintenance was important to me, and well kept by an older gentleman who traded it in and bought another New one! Call it faith that it was the same color as my Honda truck in Iron steel grey with the black edition badges and rims too, same as my Ridgeline Trailsport! Took it for a test drive, the rest is history! I was so impressed with the driving, comfortable interior cabin, infotainment screen package, as smooth of a ride as it was, and all easily accessible buttons at your fingertips. The powerlift gate is a nice touch too, amazing! The only possible setback is going from a V6 to a 4 cylinder, so the power lacks a little as expected but is nice at the gas pump! Overall I’m pleased and would recommend this SUV to anybody or family! Test drive and you’ll be impressed as well! And it’s a Chevy! Nice job GM !

2020 Chevrolet Equinox review
I’ve had 3 of this generation Equinox since they came out in 2018, and I got rid of the other ones just because I wanted something else. This time I got a Premier 2.0T AWD. It only had 33,000 miles on it and I’ve only had it a few weeks but so far so good. The 2.0T should’ve been the only motor this car came with!

This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

2020 Chevrolet Equinox review
15,000 miles when I bought it, and just got 96,000. Nothing except oil changes, brakes and tires. Going to replace spark plugs, vacuum pump, and battery before I hit 100,000 and I’ll be looking to put another 100,000 on it.

I’ve had a great experience with this car. It’s reliable, comfortable, and easy to drive on a daily basis. The engine runs smoothly, transmission shifts without issues, and maintenance costs are reasonable. I would like to thank Mr. Bellomo for everything he expediently did for me in the transition of my leased Jeep to my new leased Charger. Having been devastated at the loss of my first Charger in 2016, I tried something new (my Jeep), but just was not in love with it. Being reclusive in nature, I do not enjoy spending long hours having to make purchases of any sort. Mr. Bellomo seemed to understand my reasoning for wanting to get back into something I loved. My car was a desideratum in feeling like "myself" again. Not only did he accomplish this with amazing accuracy, he, also, took the time to speak with my father who lives 24 hours away to reassure him that I would be taken care of. I, literally, had everything done, no surprises or let downs, in two days without ever having to spend hours at the dealership. I cannot thank him enough for giving me back something I dearly loved and have fallen in love all over again. It is not often that people in the customer service industry are understanding, empathetic and sympathetic enough to tailor a person's needs accordingly. I love my new Charger so much, I will be purchasing it when my lease is up. Thank you, Mr. Bellomo. I am in no way a materialistic person, but this meant more to me and my family, just to see me happy again. I, certainly, hope you get the recognition you deserve!

2021 Chevrolet Equinox review
I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

2025 Chevrolet Equinox review
I love my Chevy Equinox. It's so much easier to shift than my previous 2024 GMC. I hated having to reach over to pull levers in the middle of the GMC. My new car shift lever is right in front of my eyes and so much safer. I love the "real" rearview mirror. It took a little time to get used to it, but it helps so much to see everything near and far. The adaptive cruise works great. I don't have to step on the brake and re-set whenever the vehicle in front of me slows. One doesn't realize how nice that is until you're on the highway for any length of time. I think a woman must have designed this vehicle! No wonder it's perfect!

2017 Chevrolet Equinox review
We bought 2017 Chevrolet Equinox 4 cylinder. Pre owned with about 59k miles. It’s over 110k and we’ve had the oxygen sensor and catalytic converter replaced. Also 1 tire sensor. We’ve put the 2nd set of tires on the car yesterday. Always Michelin as recommended and brake shoes. I just have to say I still love my car. It’s paid for and I’ll drive her as long as I can.

2021 Chevrolet Equinox review
For the most part, we love this car. We do have some small issues. But we will focus first on the positives. The car itself has very comfortable seats, plenty of time inside, lots of safety features, looks really good inside and out and the extra large sunroof that goes almost front to back of the car is incredible. The power lift gate at the back, is a great feature! The backup camera is large and clear! The warnings whole backing up, are fantastic! It drives like a car, not like a tank! Overall, it's a fantastic car! The disadvantages are that there is a shimmy/shake in the car as it is pulling a hill. When you are gaining on the car in front of you a little quicker than the car in front of you is moving, the collision warning lights lighting up and the alarms sounding, is terrifying and not cool. Not being able to turn off some of the warnings that pop up every time you crank the car without hitting the dismiss button are irritating. But for the most part we would buy another one in a heartbeat and love our car!
