⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 While Browsing I haven’t bought a car yet, but every time I stop by Chevy SB the team gives me their time and answers everything I ask. Merwan especially goes above and beyond — he even brings out new and used cars for me to check out from home . I’m still taking my time and browsing at my own pace, but overall it’s been a solid experience and I appreciate the patience and help from him and the whole team.

“I had an excellent experience at Marianna Chevrolet GMC from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy, which made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find the perfect vehicle within my budget. The sales team was transparent about pricing, and the financing process was smooth and straightforward. I also appreciated how quickly everything was handled—I was in and out faster than expected. What really stood out was their commitment to customer service even after the sale. They made sure I was completely satisfied and followed up to see if I needed anything else. If you’re looking for a dealership that values honesty, professionalism, and customer care, I highly recommend Marianna Chevrolet GMC!”

I had an excellent experience with Miami Lakes Kia Service Center, thanks to Ethan Milan. I came in with battery issues, and although the cost was higher than I expected, Ethan took the time to explain the value behind the service and made me feel comfortable with my decision. The entire process was quick and efficient—I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Ethan also informed me about the recalls that still need to be completed on my vehicle, which I appreciated. After seeing the newly renovated lobby, I will gladly return for future service visits. It's a comfortable space where I can bring my laptop and work while my car is being serviced. Thank you, Ethan, for the outstanding customer service and professionalism!
